Staff was very helpful

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our TV remote wasn't working properly the first night. Maintenance brought one to us immediately. The breakfast was good. The staff was attentive so the food was always fresh and plentiful. At times they were almost too attentive and were in the way during busy times. I wasn't a fan of the tip jar next to the french toast every morning. One day they were complaining about the air going out in the kitchen the day before and it hadn't been fixed yet. During my 30 minute breakfast, I heard no less than 20 times that the air was out and it was 83 degrees in the kitchen. I didn't feel it was appropriate for them to be sharing this information with the guests. Our room was on the Parkway side. This side has alot of road noise. We had to turn the TV up quite a bit in order to hear it and were worried about bothering our neighbors. In the future, we will request a room on the Island side to avoid the road noise. The balcony doors are heavy and have automatic door closers on them. Unfortunately, our neighbors had a young child who kept going in and out all night long allowing the door to slam behind him. It's not the hotel's fault that the parents didn't intervene. But just wanted to mention this since it kept us up most nights. Yes, we politely mentioned it to the parents the first night but it didn't do any good. I love that there isn't carpet in the rooms.

Room floor sticky and basin not draining properly

Room was OK, but the noise was level was bad. Hard to get a good night's sleep.

Best stay with easy access to the island for shopping and entertainment

Everything was good except for parking.

Cleanliness and friendliness.

The hotel was very clean, staff was wonderful and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel before. The only complaint is that there were signs for vending machines on every floor but there were absolutely no vending machines in the hotel at all.

Love this place! Been several times and will be back again!

I always love our stay . Except this time our balcony faced loading of cars 2 floor. Also when we booked it was 143.00 on Booking.com and when my card was charged it was as 170.00 Our room location

Good Bacon could have been better

We were on the 6th floor. The rooms are not soundproof. I was kept awake 2 of our nights because of someone running on the floor above us. It didn't stop till 2am. Also, the door and window to the balcony are not soundproof, nor are they the kind that quiets the sound. It would have been an okay stay for one night, but not the 3 we booked.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were close to restaurants and shopping. The pool was great and the breakfast was good.

the location of the hotel was perfect! We were basically "right around the corner" from everything that we had planned!

Clean room, Staff was Friendly we did not eat breakfast at the Inn. Our adult children enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub..

Exceptional

Nice shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast we good. Short walk to the Island. A little run down, dusty, Noisy

The staff as I checked in were extremely friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff in the morning was short with the guests and a bit rude. We also had to purchase a toothbrush because they were out of complimentary ones.

The hotel was in a great location.
