The bed in my room was worn out :( We stay here every time and we usually stay 3 to 4 days at a time and the breakfast is always the same ole same thing :( Would like to see some change.

Great staff, price very good, room reasonably clean, the amenities are a bit iffy. Pool is small and right on the road. Hairdryer in the room didn’t work, it was all melted and deformed. Staff did replace the hairdryer and the new one worked perfectly.

This is where we almost always stay when we go to Pigeon Forge. Very clean, breakfast is good, people are friendly. Good location for what we enjoy doing. There is nothing I don't like here.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the start of jeep week. Very clean, decent pool, decent breakfast. Had all the in-room amenities we required. Nice stay. Would stay again if ever in the area.

Room was good. In door pool was ok. Indoor pool needed cleaning Waffle make at breakfast would have made breakfast better.

2 pools and access to the stream out back. I have a need to put my feet in streams while in the Smokies and they have made it very accessible. Life is too short to nit puck anything!

Close to everything, quiet, comfortable The 4th floor by the elevator had a horrible smell, maybe due to the broken ice machine. We were hoping to have a balcony over the water instead it was over the construction of a home with a tree blocking a good bit of the view.

Outside pool was great. Loved the sitting area by river. Rooms were adequate. Would be great to have grip bar to help getting in and out of tub. Inside pool had a very strong chemical odor. Breakfast far below expectations. Coffee service in the morning lacking. Front desk staff seemed put out by being asked for toilet paper and towels for room. Not the greatest customer service at front desk by the two people we interacted with.
