Very nice & peaceful . My granddaughter loved the pool area I would have liked breakfast to be served a little bit later

Very good location close to alot of sites, rooms was very nice and large, very soft pillows, pool was also nice Beds was very firm and not comfortable, the staff was kinda of rude and acted like they didn't want to be there, they say they have a water park but it honestly just a pool with a slide the lazy river unless your a kid u can't fit on the tubs and there was no arcade just a ping pong table

Staff nice, pools amazing, new hot tub at the Hotel is beautiful, wish had outdoor one at Inn., Wish outdoor pool at Inn had steps on side to sit like does on indoor; Hotel has this step on there outdoor one Bathtub kept holding water when taking shower, maid didn't clean every few days, we have to track them down to get what we needed

Lovely stay. Staff were friendly. Pool and hot tub were clean. Full breakfast was nice! We stayed here for the Jeep Invasuon and will be back here again next year.

Pool area Floor was dirty in bedroom and bathroom. Peanuts on the rug under the bed.

The pool was great with the lazy river and slide. The indoor pool was nice as well as the hot tub. The room was comfortable with a great view. Breakfast was good. The employee at the front desk on check in was rude and did not listen to my concerns. The cleaning crew were abrupt and we only had our floors cleaned and garbage taken out 3 times all week. Breakfast could have more choices, such as bacon, pancakes, and orange juice. Wish the room had a couch or loveseat so we did not have to sit on the beds

Good location Bad breakfast not like the Hotel and rude staff.

Place was clean. But no coffee maker in the room and the fireplace did not work. The night host was great. But the morning desk host wasnt so great. Breakfast was decent. The view from room was great.

Included breakfast is a definite draw for me and my family. This starts your day off with a solid meal. Scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage patties, thoroughly cooked steel cut oats, fruit and yogurt with all the fixin's, cinnamon buns, bagels and cream cheese, milk and cereal, and of course, the old staple, fresh made waffles from the waffle maker. Coffee was hot and fresh. The food offerings were checked and refilled often. The staff were extraordinary and professional. We especially enjoyed the lazy river and pool area. There was an indoor AND an outdoor pool. Both water temps were kept comfortable. An outdoor jacuzzi was also available, but we did not use it. Towels were provided at poolside. The pool area was closing in on the end of the season, but was clean and serviceable. Hotel desk staff are great "tour guides" and are a virtual fountain of information. They are courteous, professional, and good natured. Check-in and check-outs were simple and FAST! Microwave, micro-fridge and coffee pot are included with the room. All were functional and in good working order. Pigeon Forge is where the action is. Gatlinburg is beautiful, but once you have shopped the downtown and road a skylift, you have done Gatlinburg. Troubles me to write this review because we may want to visit Pigeon Forge again, and may have to compete for rooms in this hotel. I recommend staying Monday-Friday. Weekends are hectic and traffic becomes a nightmare during the weekend. Kudos to the staff!

disappointment. For people liking biscuits, gravy and meat, they have good options. The lack of fruit was the biggest disappointment. Parking is easy and free.

Our stay was good for the price. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would’ve liked but wasn’t a terrible experience.
