Music Road Resort Hotel and Inn

The hotel was nice. Our room had a great view of the river, the ferris wheel, and could even see the Dollywood fireworks at night. My daughter loved both the outdoor and indoor pools. Unfortunately our stay coincided with some kind of event at their convention center which made it incredibly difficult to find on-site parking and waiting on the hotel's two elevators took forever. The beds weren't the most comfortable and the room stayed pretty warm if you weren't directly next to the AC unit. Overall, good location and clean, good value for the money, but definitely has room for improvements.

We loved the the pool area! The breakfast was good. Our room we booked said sleeps 5- it had 2 queens and a small chair so it did not sleep 5 but overall it was a great experience and we will stay again!

When we checked in the room, it wasn't even cleaned. So they put us in another room. This room was right by the pool entrance, the side door and the maintenance room. Extremely loud. And we got put in a first floor with the view of the parking lot. We were supposed to have been in the second floor with a view of the pool and the mountains. The front desk staff didn't even care about anything. They were very nonchalant about the whole thing. The breakfast was like warm and honestly disgusting. I think the premises were gorgeous but I don't stay here again.

Nice place to stay.

We have stayed here several times and never had any major issues. Staff is always great, rooms are always clean. I was a little bummed no Hot Tub at the hotel, however we could have used the one at the Inn across the street, and for some reason, our bathroom door wouldn't lock. Overall it was a great stay and we will book there again.

Great hotel, the only issue I have is the bathtubs are very slippery if u take a shower. I fell hard on my last day and bruised or cracked my ribs.

Beautiful views on balcony of river, decent breakfast, rooms were a great size, and my boys loved the pool area! Great stay! Will be back and highly recommend

Everything was nice and clean. The rooms are well kept. The rooms could use a little updating like the tv and the phone didnt work. We requested a roll away bed and they brought it immediately. Service was great. Breakfast has a really nice assortment of eggs, sausage, oatmeal, grits, waffles, biscuits and gravy, juice, coffee, fruit, granola or brown sugar for the fresh yogurt or oatmeal. Pools were nice and the outside pools was 9ft deep. Slide was good. Hot tub was indoors and not super hot so you could stay in it a hair longer. Lazy river was chill and where several drunk parents were hanging out. They have a pingpong table and a couple of board games also. Very near lots of restuarants. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Staff was super nice.

It was a good experience overall, the smell wasn't up to par, the room smelled like smoke upon arrival.

Had death in family and would not refund my reservation guess money matter to them

This place was great! Very clean and hospitable. I will be back!!

Suggestions: please make the electric plugs convenient and accessible instead of behind and under the table. Needs accessible plugs for chargers by the night stand.

Breakfast was good! Only complaint was they didn’t have ketchup! I will definitely go back if given the chance!

Breakfast was definitely amazing, I was under the impression that indoor pool was heated, but it was colder than outdoor pool, this could be my error. We did love and enjoy our stay. The 2nd bed in our room may need some work. The foot of the bed is higher than the head of the bed.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the inn. Me and my family will be back, next time in the area. Love the pools !

However, the beds were not that comfortable. We all were extremely sore waking up the next morning.
