The pool and hot tub needed better maintenance

Staff were nice. No hot water in the shower and there was existing damage to the rooms. Hot tub didn’t work and the pool was very dirty. Property is in need of major repairs. We found towels with stains in our room. The only positive was the bed was comfortable and had clean sheets

The bed was very comfortable and every night was a GREAT sleep. Blackout curtains and even little suggestions for a comfortable sleep were found on the property. Breakfast was much more than expected with plenty of protein - eggs, sausage, yogurt - and even the things we splurge on while traveling - bagels, muffins, waffles, even chocolate milk! My husband loved the parking spaces for Veterans. Made him feel special. All in all, this was a very affordable stay that went above our expectations. My only recommendations: need countertop chairs for high tops in the breakfast area or lower tables for booth seating; and more secure ironing boards. Not all rooms had irons - either they were stolen or toppled off the wobbly ironing board like mine did and broke. We were grateful when the manager found an iron for us! But when we used it on the board, we saw first-hand what might have happened to cause scarcity of irons. The staff here were amazing - capable, honest, and personable!

Great snd friendly staff, great breakfast buffet and clean room

Room was very small, Had no place in bathroom to hang anything, no toilet paper holder or towel holder. Could not walk on one side of bed. Pool looked dirty. Breakfast was much to be desired. Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke even though no smoking was permitted. Will stay elsewhere next time when visiting Pigeon Forge area.

Everything was good except for the breakfast coffee was cold not hot plus it took a long time to get to eat breakfast suppose to be between 6:00 am to 9:00am it was 7:30 before everything was done this is from Tuesday morning to Thursday morning needs to be improvement in that area. The lady that does the breakfast on the weekends spot on always on time coffee good and hot

Breakfast was joke, food was not good and then let's talk about the coffee, cold and nobody around to make any.You can tell which staff works an cares about where they work and who doesn't. End of rant!

The room was very small and there wasn’t enough space. The dresser at the door made it very hard to maneuver.

The staff were nice and helpful and it seems they did their best, but the property, although it looks nice in pictures, is disrepair. The carpet is old and smelly. The pool area is unusable because it is in such bad condition. It was a very cheap place to stay and we had a good time, but I would never book it again
