Kids above our room were very disruptive, sounded like they were coming through the ceiling, notified the front desk 5 times and was finally told that no one else was complaining, I mean wow, since the noise was coming from directly above us. Why would anyone else complain. I couldn't believe they told me that. The excuse was that they have kids and what are we to do, WOW! We left a day early I will NEVER stay there again. They did offer to move us but only when we were packed up and ready to go, no thanks. I want a refund for my last day.

Unfortunately, our stay at Sleep Inn was not a good experience. The staff was not very helpful when we needed assistance. The door lock to our room was broken, which was concerning and inconvenient. We also requested an iron from the staff and never received one. We requested additional towels as well, but those were never brought to our room. Overall, the lack of follow-through and customer service made our stay frustrating. We expected better from Sleep Inn and would hope management addresses these issues.

Very good location. Breakfast was great, lots of selection. Staff were very nice. The pool didn’t look very clean so we never went into it. And the air conditioning was very loud, kept turning on and off when trying to sleep at night.

It was our last night there so we just washed them down the sink. We saw a few more the next morning as we were leaving. Did the same thing before we left.

Great location and comfy beds. Ants in the room.
-
The breakfast was good There was no shampoo and the filter of the air conditioning was dirty.
-
The hotel was dirty and had grass and weeds grownup outside. Ants were all over the place by the pool. The night staff was nice but there was someone smoking weed and it filled the entire hallway and our room. There was mold in the air vents on the air unit. Stains on the bedding. The guy working at the counter our last day there was on something and was super high and tweeting out. I personally would not recommend at all.

The staff was very friendly and helpful the entire stay. The hotel is in need of serious updates and deep cleaning. Our air conditioner had mold on it and the bathroom had ants. The room was also musty smelling. The staff was helpful in finding us another room. Exercise room had a huge cracked mirror.

So being totally transparent, we booked this because the price was super cheap and we only needed it for one night. However, upon our arrival you could tell there was something off a little bit. To me it seems like the staff lives on site as well as others that aren’t actually hotel guests that are coming and going, but actually residing in this hotel and potentially with state vouchers or what not. It gave you a little bit of a government housing transitional feel. One of the workers was definitely on some thing when checking me in you couldn’t sit still and kept making weird and sudden movements which I’ve seen before in drug addicts. The girl at the front desk apparently lives on site and was having a conversation about how she slipped and fell in one of the showers on site. The breakfast area was in disarray and also looked rundown. I can go on and on, however if you’re looking for something due to price and just need to rest your head for a night and don’t mind anything else I would say take a shot at it. But if you wanna feel safe and you want something that is welcoming and makes you feel like you’re on vacation. I would not take my family here. We learned we got up bright and early the next morning and left immediately but I will never stay here again.

When we got there the pool wasn't even open. The music in the hallway was to loud so couldn't sleep hardly. The bed was not comfortable

There were only three workers who also lived in the hotel. One family with three kids were living in a joined room right above us. We were supposed to check in at 4, we arrived at 6 and still had to wait for our room to be cleaned because there was only one worker at the time. He brought us a filter to change in the ac and just handed it to us at the door for us to do ourselves. The manager was completely unreachable and said on his voicemail he blocks calls. Completely unpleasant and unprofessional stay.
