Jacuzzi tub in the room was a nice surprise!

The room was spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was a blessing in the heat. The property was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend it!

The charging outlet near the bed made this annoying “blink blink blink” sound continuously. I had to put a pillow over it. The room felt moist somehow, idk how to explain it. The pool didn’t have towels one time when my family went to swim.

The carpet in the hallway on the 4th floor was way overdue for a good cleaning. The hotel has all the appearance of an old hotel building that was poorly renovated. The lobby and breakfast area was the only area that was actually very clean. John, Augusta, GA
