The rooms were slightly dated, but very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. Great location to walk to Local Goat for dinner.

One of my favorites in Pigeon Forge on the strip. Always very clean and great staff and easy check in. Good breakfast bar.

The bathroom wasn't clean. The tub shower was rusted and old. The tub panel was not clean. Was very disappointed

The room was a great deal for the price! Clean and quiet. However after our first night there, I got a call that we would need to move rooms due to maintenance. Staff overall was friendly and kind. There is one staff person that was not. For some reason she would not allow us to roll our luggage down the hallway to the elevator after my husband already unloaded it. She insisted that we enter at a different door. Everyone else made up for that one though.

The staff that checked me in could of made me feel welcome. Barely talked to me, it was awkward.

The hotel is in a great location along the Parkway and just off Teaser which is very useful. The breakfast was good and there are plenty of tables in the dining area. We wish the gym access was earlier than 9am—6am or 7am is a better time for exercising while on vacation.

This hotel was very clean , the beds and pillows were so comfortable. They had a great variety of food at breakfast. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

This is our go to hotel when we visit Pigeon Forge! Rooms are clean, staff is very accommodating, and parking is easily accessible!!

We have stayed here many many times. The last few times our room has had so much moisture in it. This time, it had so much it ruined some candy and meds we had. My husband had to throw his cpap line, mask etc in the trash because it clogged. So we won't be staying anymore

We really enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. Very relaxing.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual but always fully stocked. We were at the end of the hallway so we had a long walk from the elevator. A child had a pool accident so unfortunately they had to close the pool.

Front Desk are incredible. Everyone we encountered. The breakfast was a very nice change after several of the other places we stayed during our trip.
