Price They advertise the pool with the sliding board. It wasn't up and running. It was green. The puray was trashy. Parking lot was trashy. There was mold in the bathroom in room 219. They advertised the breakfast that was none. There was no ice buckets. No room service cleaning rooms until you left I was overcharged. I found it cheaper and y'all did not adjust it after I spent the on the phone with you three times for over an hour. Y'all were supposed to adjust the price and just kept holding me on hold but on the hotel side the last day I was there they had the pool open. The parking lot in the pool area was still trashy. Garbage never got took out and the gazebo by the pool area. I was there 3 days. I feel like y'all owe me and need to adjust the difference. Actually. You should call me a room for two nights because you're advertising of the pool restaurant and all that was not true I do not understand the $75 fee and they're keeping your money for 10 days if every room's booked in the hotel. Think about the interest that they're making from everybody's money. That is not right. When you check out you should get you $75 back immediately. They took it off my debit card immediately. They didn't use it as credit. They took it off. I want my $75 back and they have not made no effort to return it yet. I guess that's because they're drawing interest they told me they will only take plastic that they do not accept American Cash or legal tender I really feel like my room needed to be comped and get my money back. Come on. It was June and the outdoor pool wasn't open.

The location was the only good thing about my stay. The whole reason I booked the hotel was for the outdoor pool with the slide. The outdoor pool was not open. Another guest had to call corporate office to have the hotel fill up the pool. There was no breakfast as advertised. You couldn't find anybody at the front desk.Took me almost 30 minutes to check-in.After doing it online I still had to check in with them. Nothing was ever stated that I had to pay a $75 deposit.But you had to when you walked through the door. This was just awful, this whole stay was awful. A lady got caught on fire because bad outlets, our room was dirty. Another room had cockroaches. There was a couple outside the woman was pregnant. Smoking meth near the pool.

The one thing we booked this place for was for the pool and splash area and it was under maintenance and were weren't informed ahead of time. Our room was very dirty, like the walls and doors n remote was missing the back of it n cord in the refrigerator looked molded. We mentioned it not being satisfactory and possibly moving to a other room but the excuse was that they were booked up, not sure if that was true. The other pool was open but you could see hoar floating n in that building it was more hot in there than outside. The room however had the best ac so that was a plus. But dents in the walls and stuff was there already as well. And I will say there wasn't enough pillows. I feel like 4 per bed is a usual at hotels not just 2. But for the price (which was great) we went with it. We stayed in room 219. The location Was very nasty. The pools weren’t open the pool that was open was very nasty. The property is so disgusting. My phone charger caught a fire caught me a fire.

The rooms were clean and in good shape Pretty much false advertisement said it had an outdoor pool with slide and a splash pad and both were down the entire time we was there they claim they have a breakfast bar which is not true you get little bitty small cups of coffee and granola bars or Pop-Tarts when I think of a breakfast bar I think of eggs biscuits sausage bacon gravy and even cereal but that is not what was offered at all

Floors dirty, sheets dirty, took sheets to laundry and washes everything for bed, no beackfast will never stay there again, ice machine broke. Very unhappy left a day earlier. Nothing but good location

The location is nice The rooms are molded and it is a major health hazard I was in the room for maybe 30 minutes and my head hurt and eyes was burning due to the smell of mold so strong We contacted front tmdesk was told they had no others rooms available and if we wanted to leave we would be refunded We have not been refunded only charged through booking Com and the hotel also charged my personal debit card for the rooms And now its a whole process of being refunded and the hotel wont answer phone calls to see why I was charged on my personal debit card and through booking.com I was charged for a security deposit and rooms from my debit and again for the rooms from booking Com

They have Beauty rest mattress. This property needs serious renovation. All the amenities that is listed on booking.com they don't have. Be aware. I should have gotten the insurance and made a claim. We left 2 days early.

The price The outdoor pool was closed that was the main reason i chose the coffee wasnt any good there was no breakfast except forr granola bars the ice machine didnt work the coke machine didnt work the toilet barely worked i had to keep puting the chain on the plunger and put my hands in the tankk water no one ever ask if i needed anything before i showed up i tried to call several times to cancel my sundayccheck in and change it to monday there fore i got charged for a night that i didnt stay
