The cheap rates and our room was amazing. We were a little bummed that the outdoor pool was closed our entire stay but we had a wonderful time 10/10 would stay again The pool being closed :(

Nothing was good about this place or our stay Well first off the pool wasn’t running like I was told the kids splash pad wasn’t even working . I rented this room for my three year old for his late birthday gift for the water fun and I ended up having to take him to splash country which costed me way more money than I was wanting to spend during our trip or stay there . But he had fun . I’m still mad about it cause the pools and splash pad was the main reason we rented the rooms ..

The slide for the pool was nice No person working the front desk at all times. No kiddy area in the pool like advertised

The location wasn’t horrible. The rooms were gross and the entire place smelt bad. It wasn’t until we were climbing into bed that my son noticed the bed he was sleeping in had stains on the sheets and a cigarette hole/stain in them as well.

The Good: Great location. Comfortable bed (despite the loose frame). Good hot water pressure. Final Verdict: The location doesn't make up for the hidden fees, lack of basic service, and poor maintenance. I would not recommend staying here. I booked through Booking.com, paid full price in advance, and was shocked when the front desk demanded an extra $75 charge upon check-in that was never mentioned anywhere during booking. The Bad: Misleading & Unmaintained: The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. During our stay, they were painting the walkway right outside our room and actually asked us to come back later so they could finish. The kids' area was completely closed, the pool was dirty, and the ice machine only worked half the time. Terrible Service & Amenities: Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The office was constantly closed or empty. We had to fetch our own towels, buy our own toilet paper, and basic items were never stocked. Also, there was no breakfast provided despite expectations. Room Issues: While the room was clean, the air conditioning stopped working properly halfway through our week-long stay. The bed only had two sheets and a thin blanket. Additionally, the bed wasn't mounted, so it kept shifting on its thin frame.

Nothing the pool wasn’t ready . I booked it for my three year old to play in the pool and the splash pad that’s wasn’t even functional . They started cleaning it and filling it on out check out day. When we got to our rooms we booked two both rooms was next to each other we opened our doors and bugs was running all over the floors the air half ass worked and then when we got there we couldn’t get ahold of anyone and when the lady did get on the phone e she was so rude they moved us down two doors and there was also bugs and no air in either room and the indoor pool wasn’t ready so hot on the inside of the room you couldn’t stay in there and swim it was awful

The property was so easy to get to. The location is very good and close to all of the things in Pigeon Forge and the scenery from the balcony in front of the room we stayed in was beautiful. The day we checked in , we got there later than we had hoped for due to weather coming in. We go to the front desk and I waited for 15 minutes for someone to come check us in. Then when I spoke up, he wasn’t friendly about it. We only stayed for 2 nights, we had no wash clothes in our room. We had 4 people , we only had 3 towels when we got into our room. I asked for wash clothes the next day and he asked did I have anything dirty. If so, to bring everything down with me when we check out. I didn’t like that. The morning we checked out , we waited for right at 30 minutes to just turn the key in to check out. There was never anyone at the front desk when you needed something.

The location was great That we had to ask for everything.towels sheets toilet tissue hair dryer did not work so every morning I had to go into a different room and dry my hair .also the grab and go breakfast was a cereal bar and coffee that's it .

Checked into our hotel room and room was being cleaned as we entered the room. No big issue. I read HORRIBLE reviews online that were not on Expedia while waiting to be checked in because staff was late. I asked check in staff if there were positive the room was clean they said yes. We come back to the room after it was officially finished cleaning and there were DEAD BUGS AND OTHER PERSONS HAIR imbedded in our “clean towels” provided on our sink which I have pictures of. This is health violation and absolutely unacceptable, we take the towel down to the front desk and state we will not be staying due to this occurrence, front desk staff tells us if we want a refund we have to go through Expedia. Expedia a whole week later has now told us the hotel denied our refund request even though we were in the hotel a whole 15 mins of our 3 night stay do to the health violations, and were told by the front desk they have nothing to do with refunds. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone nor Expedia for not taking proper action as promised.

The swimming pool hours and the location The service the housekeeping and the moving back and forth of vehicles due to the timing of the painting and the elevator being down and no accomodations for the handicapped impaired and was on the third floor

Good location to attractions Couldn’t find staff most of the stay. Husband asked the guy behind the desk for a for a fork and he responded “ sure let me find someone who works here” and never came back. Not clean and undergoing renovations EVERYWHERE. Got boxed in on our floor between guys painting hand rails on one side and guys laying plaster on the ground on the other side. First room was full of mold and the second room floors were not clean and missing parts in the bathroom. Sink was clogged. Pools were not maintained well. Did not feel like my car was safe in the parking lot.
