The staff is welcoming and tries to help.! Varied breakfast including fresh vegetables! Convenient parking close to the hotel! Breakfast hours are 7:30-9:30, a bit tight in my opinion!

The hotel is located in a beautiful location, with stunning views from the balcony. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurant is excellent. The staff is incredible!

The bed was nice. The elevator was in very poor condition. The toilet didn’t flush properly, the light in the shower didn’t work. The bathroom door didn’t close properly from inside the bathroom. There was no airconditioning.

Pool parking and staff is outstanding

The view is breathtaking. Views of the mountains, The bay of Naples. Our description doesn’t do it justice. The changing light, clouds. Valleys, church bells. Then the most amazing staff, front desk manager Dott.Alessandro Irollo and all the staff and I mean every staff member from the moment we walked in to when we left. Their warmth and kindness will stay with us for a long time. The food was lovely as was their wine ? The room was clean with that amazing view and the shower was strong and perfect temperature. The staff also helped with every query we had. Helped us to hire a car, recommended places to eat and general advice for the whole Naples and almalfi area. We had had a very difficult year and it was an absolute joy to stay there. We will be forever grateful for their collective care and kindness. We had no Italian and it wasn’t a problem for them Nothing. This is not a complaint about the hotel. It would be useful to hire a car but we managed with the buses too.

The view was nice The bathroom sink was leaking, making the floor both wet and slippery. The shower drain was clogged and water would overflow. When asked for help they would send a "maintenance" guy who didn't know much and would sprinkle some powder and leave. My wife's toe was infected by the drain overflowing. Even 2 weeks after the trip we are seeing a doctor for that issue.

Everything was just great, exclusive spacious room with two balconies with a stunning view. Great service, rich breakfast. Restaurant and bar available. Swimming pool. It’s far away in the mountains, so having a car is a must. But with the car the location is close to Pompeii, Sorrento and Amalfi, 40 min drive to each spot. Some fireworks at night, but if you shut the door you don’t hear anything.
