The staff was nice The place is old, run down and not maintained. The shower leaked bad, the beds are so hard and the elevator is dangerously.

Inexpensive option right next to ferry terminal and metro stations. You get what you pay for. I saw several cockroaches in my room. The luggage rack was broken (it was then replaced at my request). There was a strange smell in the room and the comforter had a hole that looked like the burn mark of a cigarette. Last but not least the description states that upper floors are accessible by elevator, which is correct, only in order to get to the elevator you have to climb up 1.5 floors. You can hear noise from adjacent rooms Neighborhood is a bit sketchy for a female solo traveler.

The smell in the room and water flooded the bath when using the sink. Not good.i told them about the odor. They agreed to give me a better room next time.

Only stayed here cause it was next to the port Nice that they had 24hour check in cause our flight arrived around midnight. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $40 on another hotel This place is disgusting. I couldnt even shower or pee i felt watched the whole time. My husband and i had room 103. The bathroom had some sort of weird upstairs above the shower. Honestly felt like a horror movie lol. But jokes on me for booking a cheap hotel for the night. Luckily our ferry was only 6 hours after. Anyway… yeah just dont book it .. Oh and if u dont close the blinds u can see straight onto your neighbors room and vice versa. Just .. dont do it. Everything

Location location... less than 5 min walk to the ferry I needed at 7:00 am the next morning. Arrived late, found food on the street, well orchestrated evening and departure. It was as expected

I like the location, as I literally walked 2 minutes from the boat station. It is the main reason I booked this pace. Also, it was also pleasant that the room got warm so quickly, the moment I turned on the AC. Some of the sheets had stains, the bed was not comfortable, the toilet paper was not new, (someone else has used it before), they did not have shower gels or shampoos (so I could not have a proper shower), only two small soaps that could not even wash my hands with…

Good value and great location. Night staff were pleasant and helpful. The older guy on reception when I arrived was miserable.

I can’t think of anything nice tbh. Maybe the fact that the property was manned. Not enough hot water for two people to take a shower, one after the other. The toilet didn’t flush properly, I had to put water from the shower to flush. Too expensive for what it was.

Poor indoor air quality. Dirty filters of air conditioning and Strong smell of cigarettes

Exceptional

Easy location to get a ferry in the morning and friendly staff. A bit noisy and very small rooms.

Extremely close to the port, the metro line and 24 hour reception. Room was small and simple and price was not low.

spacious room, balcony, location near port, train and metro stations, generally clean inside the room Bathroom with no lockable door and toilet seat that can't stay up..Bedroom bulb that blinked and had to be unscrewed

Staff were very friendly and helpful, location is very good if you need to go to the cruise port, clean We asked for a non-smoking room. The room we got had a bad smell from previous occupants smoking in the room. So unfortunately the hotel was not able to fulfil our request.
