- it has hot water - perfect location - clean bedsheets and comfy bed - helpful staff - cheap It seems it used to be a communal apartment back in the day. Perfect to stay for the night

Gets the job done. Perfectly comfortable bed and shared bathroom. Street parking. Big rooms. Kind of weird place, sketchy at night

Location Was cold no heat window open

Value for money for a short stopover in Piraeus but of course the room was very hot without air con. The location was great - near the metro and the port. We liked that we all had our own beds which was one of our reasons for choosing this quadruple room. Read the fascinating history of the place when you get there. The heat in the room although we had a good fan. Street, pigeons and luggage wheels noises wake you up as well as the heat but all part of the fun.

Ok for if you're in a pinch for next day Ferry, while arriving late a night. Abit grim, sheared toilets, no lift (elevator) lots of stairs.

Location was perfect for a late night arrival and early ferry trip. The room I was given was not the room I’d booked. The window could not close properly and there was quite a bit of outside noise during the night.
-
Excellent value for money, right by Piraeus port. Very tired, but adequate if you want a very cheap stay before an early ferry.

Very basic Hast Seen His years
-
Quirky hotel in excellent location very near the Metro and Port.
-
Very close to the port, the staff was fine. Good value for money. There is no place to buy water or drink it at night, so you may stay thirsty all night as I did if you come directly from your flight :)

The personal care and the vibrant character of the place All good
-
no airco, but was in description dirty completely different from pics shown

The location was fine… very close to the port The heat was crazy no ac and the First Night I couldn‘t sleep and there is only one toilet and one shower for the whole hotel!

During my recent stay in Athens, I found the Sparti Hotel—and let me tell you, it’s the cutest place I’ve ever seen! Despite the lack of air conditioning, the value for money is unbeatable. For just around 40 euros, I had a room without a private bathroom, but that didn’t bother me at all. The charming atmosphere and friendly staff made up for it. Plus, the location near the port was super convenient. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option for a short stay, Sparti Hotel is a great choice. Sometimes, it’s the little things that matter most Greece becomes lively early in the morning due to the heatwaves. Around 5:30 AM, the city comes alive, and if you open your balcony (which is necessary because nights are very hot in summer), you involuntarily hear everything. However, using ear pads and a sleeping mask works perfectly.

Position, very original old style If the price was 25 euros I would rate 10. But the price was 40, without air conditioning and mosquito net. I means I had to leave the window open: light, mosquitos, hot and noise. Simply I didn't sleep and if I pay 40 euros I want to sleep.

The location is excellent, very close to the port. There is no elevator so you have to carry suitcases on stairs to the 2nd floor.

Passable
-
No attach bathroom and not mentioned in the website. Also they took full amount for the 4 year old kid.

The location was great. There was an aircondition. Very bad smell of cigarettes in the old room and walls. Extremely hot at night, because of the very bad isolation. We had to start the aircondition in the middle of the night to be able to sleep. Expensive for what you get.
