The location is very convenient if you travel by boat to the islands but can be a bit noisy on Saturday night. Otherwise great.

Only the location to the port Everything else. Male staff was rude to travellers before us and then to us. Very dismissive. When asked a question about parking - he said he doesn’t own it. We were told if we left to leave our key. NEVER heard of this ever. Our room was a city view. Look at pictures of our city view. I told morning staff and they said they needed to contact booking.com to correct this. No compensation for looking at other rooms toilet paper in window. Morning staff was nice. But night staff needs a lesson in customer service.

I can't say enough good things about the friendly, helpful staff at this hotel; they were wonderful! The hotel is in an excellent location for catching a ferry, or arriving from a ferry, and the metro system is also within a reasonable walking distance. Lots of restaurants, a grocery store, and several mini-markets are all nearby. The room and bathroom were practical and clean. The elevator is of great assistance for those with heavy luggage, even though our room was only one floor up from the lobby, and an easy walk up the steps. We fell in love with Coco, the resident parrot, who amused us with several sound effects and whistles. No major problems. If you book a hotel this close to the ferries, you are going to hear some of the port and street noise if you open a window. The bathroom door had a tendency to swing open if it was not completely shut. It would be nice to have some hooks, shelves, and table space in the room, but we managed.

The room

The perfect location if you’re taking a ferry. Couldn’t get any closer. Lots of options close by for food, coffee and shops. No complaints. It’s a no frills spot. The bathroom and shower are tiny. But it’s great for a stop over to and from the ferry.

The location is great, with restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short stay.

Second time staying at this hotel for the excelent location being the closest to the port. It is very basic but also very clean, in a safe area and it does the job to provide lodging for one night before or after a cruise. This time we had come back from the islands and had a very early flight the next morning. The hotel is also steps away from the bus stop of the X 96 that takes you directly to the airport. Modesto was very friendly at our check in and another poor soul was there at 330 in the morning to check us out. Would gladly come back if we need to stay close to the Pireaus port.

Great location. It's a short walk from the train station and a very very short walk to the most commonly used ferries. The hotel and rooms are constantly being cleaned and done very well as they actually want it to be clean and done right. The front staff are very friendly and helpful. I may stay there again in a few days.
