Mitsis N'U Piraeus Port

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the ferry port, making it an excellent base for exploring the island. The staff kindly stored our large luggage while we visited the island, which made our trip much more convenient. Thoughtful amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, a coffee machine, and complimentary bottled water gave the hotel the feel of a true five-star property. none

Great place. My mom loved it. Nothing, really. The only suggestion I have would be to provide a small brochure for older guests explaining how to use the A/C controls and adjust the temperature. That could be very helpful.

Location was great - easy access to port facilities. We did not eat at the hotel, but did have a drink at the roof bar. Twin beds. They slid all over the place. We should have just stayed like Ricky and Lucy. There was no sofa as it was made into a pull out.

Location, efficiency of staff, cleanliness. Lights in room were fiddly to turn on and off.

No facilities in the hotel like Spa or pool or Gym

Location is literally 3 minutes from Gate E7 The rooms are very small and awkwardly designed. The bed is small and the AC almost doesn’t work properly.

The light switches is centralized that was difficult to control. I had to pull out the card and reinsert it in the slot just to turn on bathroom lights.

Nice hotel, excellent location if you are traveling later on from Piraeus Port.

Very nice hotel right in the port of Piraeus. It was great to stay at this hotel after our long ferry ride back from the Cyclades. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and lovely rooftop bar. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that could be personal preference

Clean modern hotel with very nice staff

Good location across from port and restaurants. Even thought we were in a busy area of town, we did not hear any street noise. Very clean with a very good on-site restaurant where we had an amazing dinner. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Maria at the front desk who offered us a better room and early check-in after we arrived at 9am after a red eye flight…we were very grateful. We enjoyed our one night stay and gave no complaints

Good Location The rooms are very small. We booked a balcony with seating for 2. The first room faced a shaft with one chair on the balcony. This was after Ari’s on the front desk told us this was one of the best rooms. He created mistrust for us both. We moved to another room, no siting on the balcony. We had also specifically asked for a room with 2 chairs to sit upon. We did receive a second chair. Magda in the dining room for breakfast was curt and short in attitude. The ‘fruit’ plate was constantly empty, when we asked for it to be replenished, we were told to wait, that took 15 minutes. In contrast, Kathleen and Sotris were super pleasant and very helpful.

The location The room was very small. The smell in the hotel and in the room was not mine. You could smell the glues, materials and painting used for renovation
