We were unable to take advantage of the breakfast as it was off site around the corner and we had to get to the airport very early. However, we did get coffee there at the designated coffee shop and it was a very nice place. It is easy to get to from the property and in a good area near the University. The charm of this old building and how it is configured as part of a four bedroom flat is hard to understand until you get there. It is very safe, and QUIET, off the street and faces to an inward garden shared by several buildings....good a/c and spacious and very unique from a normal hotel setting. Did not mind that it was self check but we were a bit confused on how to access our particular room. We felt essentially like we had the room/area to ourselves...so private with a shared living room but no one was around. Feels like you are staying in someone's home not a hotel, very nice and personalized. Appreciated the coffee pot with coffee and teas and fridge there that we ere not there long enough to make use of. It was a lovely surprise to find the address, go into this historic building with an elevator to assist and then to find this wonderful flat with bedrooms!

The location is perfect for a short star near the monuments and the tower. Our room, not the one pictured above had a good view of the Leaning Tower. There are too many actions required to get into the property. You have to enter one code to get into the building. You need another code to get the key. One key opens the first door and the other opens the apartment. That is way too much to try and navigate when you first arrived. Host a bit annoying in insisting that she had done everything correctly when I informed her that she had the wrong WhatsApp, number and I gave her the correct one. She even mentioned it again on the day we checked out. She just couldn’t let it go. The rules inside the apartment were also very confusing. Big sign saying no food or drink, but she left bread and a wine opener. Afraid to use it because it breaks “the rules”

Close to the tower, restaurants, and safe.

Huge room with extra half bath. Perfect location. Host was very nice and helpful. Shower was small and confusing to operate.

This was a great location for staying in Pisa, close to tourist sites and many great options for dining. Nothing
-
Location No staff on site. Other people staying in other parts of the building. Directions to our room not totally clear.

A beautiful room and common spaces. Nicol was welcoming and helpful. We loved everything about it - just wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed here during my recent trip to Italy and truly appreciated the warm, authentic experience this place offers. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed—from offering local tips to arranging transportation. Their kindness made my stay even more memorable. I loved being close to all the action, yet having a peaceful place to return to in the evenings. The charm and character of the building really give you that classic Italian feel. Best for family trip the beds were a bit on the older side and made some noise, but it wasn’t a major issue—just something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper.

It was a great location. The communication was excellent. Someone was at the end of Whatsapp the whole time to buy us. I have no criticism of the property

Everything was perfect, the apartment was big, beautiful, extremely close to Pisa Tower, the owner Nicole was quick to reply and provided excellent instructions on how to get into the apartment. Thank you, we’ll definitely choose this place again if we ever return to Pisa

Very spacious and clean with great facilities and a very comfortable bed. The hostess was friendly and very helpful. It felt like we went back in time for a while in this characteristic appartement with high ceilings, a wooden floor and a beautiful view of old rooftops and the narrow street below. Nothing! It was ‘perfetto’!

Excellent location. Our room was huge with two toilets. Quiet street just off the main street that has many restaurants and cafes. Nothing, it was just perfect for us.
