The place was very comfortable and clean. The staff is lovely and the location is a few minutes walking to the Pisa Tower Nothing, I liked everything

The property is advertised as being very near the station - which is true. The problem is that the distance is from a bird's eye point of view, because you actually have to walk for 15-20 minutes because the rails are in the way and the ways across are lacking. Not the property's fault but the advertising as it being very near the station is not really true.

Location was perfect and room was very clean . Great safe street parking close by Breakfast was ok The bathroom was very small and it was a little noisy during the night (cars driving in the road)

The location is good ( 10mins walking to the sloping tower and 5 minutes to one of the train stops) ! The host is amazing and the lady who comes every morning to clean and make a breakfast is super kind! I had the best cappuccino every morning!!! She was taking care of the cleaning every morning and that was perfect!!! I would only add more food to breakfast

Really clean facilities and comfortable. We just struggled with the noise from the apartment above and the factory outside. The hosts were very good at communicating and meeting our needs.

Although it was very close to downtown and the Leaning Tower of Pisa, we didn't have a direct bus to get there, so we had to walk a lot to the bus stop, which was a bit hard for my mother who is 71. Of course this is not an issue with the B&B, but it's good to take into account if you come with luggage.

Great location, very comfortable bed Noise isolation could have been better: you can easily hear your neighbours. Breakfast was very basic - it could have been more diverse, fresh pastries could be introduced instead of existing prepacked ones.

Everything was great! Sabina is a fantastic host, very welcoming and attentive. The flat is cozy and ideally located, within walking distance to the main city sights. However, during our stay in early November, it was a bit cold and damp, so we had to use the air conditioner frequently to keep the place warm. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it!

Everything about the property. It's 10 mins walk from the Tower of Pisa and a very cosy house. Cleanliness of the house was beyond expectations and breakfast was also pretty good. Decent amount of choices.
