good breakfast with nice waitstaff! Nothing really. Just walk around corner, take bus 5 tò sites.

This was our third visit in a year. The reception are always very professional and prompt from checking in to booking a taxi, thank you for that. Location is very good. From a family that has visited many times and recommended their services, they really don't deserve what would have been a repeat custom and we will be happy to promote another company. When you spend a busy day at a hotel, you should not be expected to chase them up and remind them what their services should be! Please read their poorly considered response. They clearly didn't take into consideration my previous reviews and something has changed in their management since. (Good morning, Regarding your review, we'd like to share the following: - Shower gel almost out? It's called environmental protection; once it's finished, you can ask for a replacement to avoid waste. - Mediocre breakfast? Luckily, 99% of the reviews mention other things and your rating, so we can do without it. - Difficulty finding staff at the bar? I remind you that the bar opens at 4:00 PM and closes at midnight. We guarantee service, but we're not puppets standing around in front of the bar; they're busy with other things, so you have to be patient and wait a few minutes. We hope we never have you as our guests again. Best regards) Safe wasn't operational. Shampoo in shower was almost empty. Air-conditioning didn't reduce in temperature? Breakfast quality of products seems to have reduced. Bar service required finding a member of staff to man it and serve. A shame really, but did notice lower standards after a week at a different venue in another Tuscan town. Thankfully we only stayed one night on this visit.

Restaurant food was good. Staff were helpful. Outdated spartan room and furnishings. Elevator was dodgy. No pool and taxis would only come if called from Reception staff.

I arrived late after midnight. The concierge was helpful even from the previous evening phone call. I arrived quickly and safely from the airport, I loved my small room. Cozy. Simple. Comfortable for a short nights sleep.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean.

The coffee was terrible and the staff at breakfast were so stressed out the way they were moving around and clearing up. The selection at breakfast was limited.

The location. The room needs renovation.

So convenient to the train station for wan early flight out the follow in day. Had everything needed - wonderful staff, nice aperitivo and great restaurant. Nothing. All good.

The location was convenient to my business. The room was a good size. Breakfast was ok, with plenty of options. The best was the kindness of the personnel. They were very welcoming with a positive attitude. The rooms need some renovation. Especially the bathroom needs a substantial revamping. Additionally, the room is not well-insulated, and therefore, any minimal noise is perceived loudly. Breakfast could definitely be improved in terms of quality, despite its extensive variety.

Excellent breakfast and fine staff - really accommodating.

It's a city so expect some traffic noise but with the windows shut it's quite acceptable.

Clean rooms, secure parking available at reasonable cost Just slightly out of the way, not much around. Ended up eating in the hotel restaurant which was poor.

Hotel was clean and the staff were so welcoming and helpful! David is the chef in the restaurant and we had a great bistecca alla Fiorentino. Every restaurant attender had one and it was amazing. Also loved Neri, the bartender. What a great personality, and so much fun to watch. He really could be in commercials. It is in a predominantly residential area, but then we found out how close extra transportation was and it made it easier to get around. We taxied.

The staff was wonderful, room was very clean and comfy. Food from the restaurant was excellent, would definitley recommend. The breakfast, although including quite a wide selection of very tasty food, felt maybe a bit repetitive (would rate it at 8,5/10)
