Hotel Villa Primavera

Location was amazing its 10 minutes walk to the center, Pisa and the Cathedral. For the price you pay its a good bargain also they allow you to park your car on the premises, it was a good stay for overnight driving in between cities, the staff were great and helpful. The room door opens to the hallway and your room is pretty visible.

Do not accept the room on the ground floor, they gave us that and convinced us that it's quiet at night, but we could not sleep until 11 pm due to noises. One night stand was enough. Parking on the street, better to say no parking...

Nothing except application. Hotek smell bad, a ask for remote off AC they told me they are cleaning AC sistem. Once i left they start to laugh. This should be last option for everyone. Better pay 30€ more and get good service and nice place. Absolutely disgusting service and dirty hotel. Behaving of stuff smell of Hotel dirty carpet small room, high price hospitality zero.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Villa Primavera, and would come back again if presented the opportunity. All of the staff were kind and helpful, the location was ideal (less than 10 minutes walking to the historic center, 20 minutes walking to Pisa Centrale station), and the room was clean and equiped to our needs. We felt very safe and comfortable for all 6 days we were there. The wifi was also powerful; I traveled for a work conference and needed to use it several times for work related tasks, each time without any delay. Staff also helped with calling a taxi to the airport when we checked out, which was greatly appreciated. A mini-fridge in the room would have been a bonus!

The staff was kind and the place was incredible for the price.

The young man at the reception was not very polite.

The front desk staff, the linens, the towels, the bathroom. Seemed like a hospital!

Although the hotel was not downtown, it was very close to the bus stop, so it was easy to get by. There were not to many restaurants or stores close to the hotel.

The room is small, and the floor is mostly tiled, which makes it very cold. I believe that about 20 years ago, this hotel must have been a magnificent place, but currently, a daily rate of around 100 euros is far from reasonable. Also, paying 10 euros for two cups of tea and two liters of still water is quite absurd.

Lots of mosquitoes in the room, the air condition remote is kept at reception and they don't inform you avout that. Shower was hardly working.

Not a lot. You need a car to stay there or use taxis to come and go as it's a good 30 minute walk outside the city centre along busy major roads and public transport is scarce. Probably best for the business traveller. There's a major busy road outside with little character in the area, more businesses estates, petrol stations and offices than urban vibe. The air con was leaking in my room and the person in charge was more concerned with the damage to the furniture than my belongings. The air con was fixed. Other staff were more friendly and helpful. i stayed for two night and the room was full of mosquitos; it was though to sleep; the water flushing of the toilet in the bathroom was not functioning well; size of the soap is as big as a chewing gum :) not enough for more than 1-2 uses

You can have breakfast as well.
