Position in the city center near Piazza dei Miracoli, and not too far from train station. Clean hotel room, safe parking place, electronic lock on the main entrance improves safety feeling. Recommended! Too bad that family room didn't have an option for breakfast. A little fridge in the room would be a good addition.

This was a basic hotel, it was clean and within walking distance to the main attractions. The doors were locked when we arrived, apparently the hotel sent an email with a code but we hadn’t checked. We were locked out until another guest let us in and explained the program.

Only the location is pretty convenient and close to the Tower of Pisa There was no one on reception when we arrived - they just sent me the code to open the gate and i found our key on reception. The room is very small, the bathroom even smaller, my husband couldn’t even close in the shower cabin. The elevator is very outdated and again - extremely small, i couldn’t even fit a baby stroller inside of it.

Location is perfect, close to historical landmark of the city including the lining tower. Landlord is very helpful, easy to communicate, fast response, and very smooth self check-in process.

Easily located, close to main square and train station. Very easy check in with clear instructions delivered ahead of time. Decent breakfast options. Very basic room accommodations, with very little staff interaction.

Easy check in and out The cockroach. Staff just shrugged and ignored my request to have it removed.

There was no staff when we arrived. We had to call a phone number posted on the door. Fortunately we had cell phone service otherwise we would have been out of luck. Another issue was the noise, we could hear people closing their doors and going up and down the stairs. The mattress was not the most comfortable.
