Conveniently located and excellent staff Bed was a little uncomfortable but not terrible

I really loved my visit here because everyone was so kind and friendly - such a good welcome to Italy. The restaurant connected to the hotel has exceptionally good food and is good value too - genius, dedicated chef - all good people nothing

It was loud. People making a lot of noise in the corridors at night and we could hear the street like if the window was open even when it was close

Nice hotel to stay in whilst visiting Pisa

i loved the area, it was a nice quiet little area just down the road from the leaning tower and a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. the staff was absolutely wonderful, even let us do a late check in after getting stuck at customs after a late flight. he was so kind and our room was well maintained. the beds were extremely comfortable and overall i would definitely recommend Only thing i was unsure about was the few black marks in the bathroom around the shower ceiling, not sure what it was but it didn't seem to affect us, and just a flicking light sometimes in the bathroom as well but nothing that bringing to their attention won't fix!

The location is great. THE Pisa tower is in walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant, food was delicious. Staff is nice.

Easy access, simple but efficient combining old Pisa building with new , dining room. There could be a small fridge and tea/coffee facility in the room.

Good location between the river and the cathedral. Room was dark.

Close to everything, really friendly staff! Had a lift! Bathroom was a bit small but we made it work

Unfortunately the furniture and the room were so old, we didn’t Expect for the offered price such room. But we had no other option available and had to stay there.

The staff are so kind and helpful, Kiara was so sweet even before she knew we were guests. The street parking is right out front you just pay on the easy park app, the air conditioning or ac worked well, the restaurant is the best we had in Italy so far! Even cooler is the history, it was a church in the 600’s!!! It’s a straight walk to main square with the tower, maybe at most a 8’min walk. Showers are very small

Location was ok for Tower of Pisa and Duomo. One night just the bare necessities. pricey for what it was....... everything except for location

The location is great. One street over from main street to the tower and restaurants. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Great air conditioning. Since it was very hot, this was very welcome.

Excellent location, close to both the Campo dei Miracoli and the city centre. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would have liked to have had the option of paying more for a better breakfast - 3€ was very fair for what we got. The taxi ride to the airport, Monday mid-morning and booked by the hotel, was almost twice what the hotel's information led us to expect - 17.50€ vs 10€.
