Location , location location, room was clean it was quiet had a rooftop deck staff was friendly Perfect I’m a little fussy , so I like firmer mattress and them to be rotated regularly
-
Location is bad, just outside Piazza dei Miracoli. If you want to sleep well, go somewhere else because at 5 am usually they start cleaning the streets and open the market.

The only good thing about this hotel would be the beds. They’re extremely comfortable. The location is also great if you are touring the Leaning Tower. For starters, there are street vendors right outside the door, the room was extremely stuffy, the shower head was filled with dirt / who knows what else, and the “a/c” didn’t even work.

If you have very strict standards and are easily bothered by imperfections and everything have too look extra clean, well this hotel is not for you. But if you’re just looking for a functional place and don’t expect luxury, it does the job. The bed is comfortable, it has a private bathroom, and for €60 per night, the location is unbeatable—right in front of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. To put a perfect example the Staying here feels like being at your grandmother’s house, with a simple room and its own shower. The bathroom’s cleanliness is acceptable (though not perfect), and the sheets were clean. The only downside was the smell of cigarettes in the room, which the hotel can’t really control if previous guests smoked. Overall, it’s a decent option for a one-night stay if location matters more to you than perfection. They could definitely use cleaning products to eliminate the smell of cigarettes from previous guests and provide larger soaps in the bathrooms for showering.

The bed is super clean, and the double-bed room is well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The bed was very soft and comfy, and the bathroom was spacious. The given price for the stay, counting the proximity to Pisa Tower—which is literally 5 minutes of walking—is actually a bang for the buck. The wifi signal in the room is super weak. It is understandable, as most of the hostels I had been to in Italy only have wifi in the common sitting zone. However, since this is a hotel I expect a more comfortable experience.
