There was no elevator :)

Check in process was fairly easy Hotel is very old and rundown. I am used to old in Italy, that wasn't the issue. The property is just very unkept. There are sheets on the furniture in the lobby, which is the first impression. It went downhill from there. Breakfast is all served from packaged items. They serve it outside, which sounds charming. However, they back area was knee high in grass, trash, random items laying around in the grass. The owner and staff were having a very heated conversation during our breakfast. Overall, just a forgettable experience.

Really old facilites, humidity smell, no elevator

Location Not as pictured, lighting fixtures were bad and dingy. Smelled extremely of cleaning products so much we had trouble breathing. No air conditioning and it was 30 degrees and extremely expensive for the facilities. Breakfast was average with the coffee being really bad. Disappointing.

Everything was just perfect.

Several bathrooms on the first floor had bad odor and some of them did not have hot water.

Very noisy occupants in next room. I think the management was finally able to get them to quiet down, but it took some time.

Flushing the toilet only worked occasionally, and the water in the sink disappeared slowly. The hotel does not have an elevator, and we were on the 3rd floor. The rooms are sparsely furnished (but clean).

Upon arrival I had to wait at the door for about 30 minutes because the receptionist had moved even though they had been notified of the arrival time. They had not informed me of any access code. Communication with WhatsApp was impossible I had to ask for the help of a local to communicate. Also the pillowcases were stained with blood. Everything else was ok

Staff was helpful and available at all times. Room was spacey for 3(2+1) Bed mattresses were not comfortable. Soaps and shampoos could be better.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Very hot and musty. We were unable to sleep.

No elevator.

The room was big, the staff were very friendly and it was in a nice location - 10 minutes from the station. Recommended! Not much I can think of

Large room, confortable beds and prime position in Pisa Only one things, some of the plugs were a bit old and hence not in service.

The breakfast was nice, good choice The room was dull, window not working, bifold door to bathroom which was very dated. Room very dark Staff didnt speak much No one there when first got there No lift had to carry case up and down stairs

Location is good,quality of sheets and towels is good but top cover on bed is very tired looking. Shower had mold on ceiling and brown /black colour on lower grouting and seal.We had a very strong smell of either air freshener or cleaning products when we entered our room and had to keep windows open.The garden seems to be a work in progress.Breakfast is very repetitive and most of food is pre packed no hot option,toast can be made on what I think is a panini maker which leaves toast barely browned.
