Great location to see the city and a quick walk to the train station. The place was pretty big, clean and had AC Check in process was not clear at all. There wasn't anyone at the property to greet and let us in. Ended up getting an email the night before asking for pictures of passports, but didn't know that was required before arriving. Also didn't know we needed to communicate via whats app texts to get an immediate response. Ended up standing at the gate for almost half an hour. Ended needing a code to get in so just wasn't clear we would have a contactless check in. It was also kind of loud at night. Got woken up a lot. Was also told that the car taking us to the airport took a credit card and he did not. had to spend over 20 min running around trying to find a way to get cash. Ended up having to convert my u.s. dollars which converted 70 dollars to 40 euro. at the airport currency desk. Pretty expensive 10 minute car ride.

Great location just off the main shopping street. Very convenient for walking to station in 10 mins. Very safe and secure through massive metal doors that is only accessible by residents. These open onto beautiful courtyard garden, lovely to relax there at end of day. Room was clean, functional and had toiletries, mini fridge and complementary drinks. Shared kitchen area which I didn’t use, but there was tar/coffee making facilities and a seating area. I had a very good night’s sleep and there was no noise from the busy nearby piazza once in room. Very good communication from helpful staff. Would thoroughly recommend. Nothing

Modest hotel with large rooms and a lovely courtyard in the center of it all. Our hosts were excellent in providing assistance and the room was very clean, nicely decorated and spacious. If you are looking for a good value for a modest room, this is a great place. The area was a little "gritty", but overall was safe. This is probably true for all of Pisa, so no reflection on the property itself.

Great location. Easy walk from train station, walking through shopping and restaurant area. We had the two bedroom suite, with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Our hostess met us earlier than check in and we were able to leave our bags prior to check in, while our suite was being prepared for our stay. Off site breakfast. Breakfast wasn't served at accommodations. The accommodations have a contract with a local restaurant to serve breakfast, which was about 1 to 2 kilometer walk. My friends and I opted not to have breakfast and so I have no review on the restaurant. Even though breakfast was offsite, the suite had coffee and tea for us to make.

Great location. The photos are missleading. You have your bedroom[basic] and then there’s a community room + a garden. We were asked at least a half dozen times to submit and re-submit our info which felt like going through an immigration screening. Staff not very responding and they basically quick you bout at 10am[we asked if we could leave our suitcases til 1pm = no answer]. Been globe trotting for more than 40 years staying from top to bottom and this one is, IMO, not worth the price.

The location Ussero - we were at the Ussero one. It was walkable to/from the train station (with luggage) and it was also in a fun area by the river and had a terrace (we enjoyed dinner around the corner at a restaurant called Maris). The free breakfast at the cafe downstairs was both convenient and great! And Monica, our host was quick and easy to communicate with. The room key gave us a little trouble, but maybe that was just us.

The location was terrific! Very close to the central train station and right near nice bars and restaurants. There's a convenient shared kitchen and nice courtyard. It was clean and bright and Lisa was very responsive. The breakfast was at a really cute nearby café. It's pretty noisy at night but earplugs help.

Wonderful neighborhood location. Very comfortable bed. The host, Lisa, was helpful and responded well to questions.

La Corte de Lisa is very well placed between the Railway station (10 mins) and the Leaning tower (10 mins). It has a very quiet location with a hidden garden. It is very close to a piazza with bars and restaurants, if you don't wish to walk far for your evening. We were only there for one night, so we didn't use the shared kitchen and dining facilities. However they all looked clean and very good. Breakfast was in a local cafe nearby...very friendly staff and good coffee .

Great communication with Lisa, very helpful! The place has a great location, right in the center, close to everything, if someone is looking for peace and quiet then this might not be the best choice, but we loved it. May I note that inside the courtyard it was peaceful and quiet. The city was alive at night it was great to be a part of that! Also if the windows are closed and AC is on, the room is very quiet. The breakfast offered in the cafe was wonderful and you get the real feeling of an Italian cafe. -

Its location is superb, once you realize the address you are staying is pedestrian only and car access is a different address. Everything was fine.

It's a pretty little courtyard off a busy street....good location to the train station. The mattress was very comfortable and there were many amenities in the kitchen-- the coupons for breakfast were appreciated. The noise from the street on Thursday and Friday nights was a little much if you're trying to sleep
