Breakfast was fairly basic, but plenty of. Nearby options so not really an issue.

Quite noisy place

Wonderful property to stay, very convenient and centrally locat. Host is super nice.

The location was perfect: right near the train and near our friend's place. Easy walk to the tower, etc. It was comfortable and convenient. It was fine. Perfect for one night.

The apartment is located in the main street in the historical center. The room and shared premises (kitchen and the bathroom) were clean and well equipped. You can hear the noise from the street, but we expected that. Breakfast was simple, toasts and cake, supply of tea and coffee was nice. We could leave our luggages in the lobby for 2 more hours after checkout. The beds were quite hard, less comfy for older people. We left the room before 10am before checkout time. I asked if my old mother could stay sitting in the shared kitchen waiting for our connection, but I was rejected. Don't expect extra mile here.

I need to signal a problem. While the host was very kind to store our luggages (she usually allows for 1pm max, and made exception for us for 3pm) She weirdly accused us of bringing another guest, while we absolutely do not know the other guest who was staying in another room and had their own keys, very weird. When we explained, she texted that we are lying and that we are calling her a lawyer. She also sent her husband who came with a very aggressive and threatening behavior and that did not seem safe. They could speak with respect and not scream lies out loud in a menacing way. Hope for them they have cameras and will figure out that “the blonde lady” was not with us and is not part of your family who stayed as part of our booking. I gave 2 points instead of 0, because of the location, and because I still trust the host is a nice person and that it just happened we met her in one of her bad days.

Excellent value. Good communication with host. Responded quickly. Central location and not far from station. Very friendly and helpful host

Great location. Walking distance to the Tower of Pisa and tourist area. Very short walk to the Pisa Centrale rail station. Great spot when catching an early train or plane. Third floor. Some of our party don't like stairs.

Not having to do your own breakfast dishes would have been better.

Our hostess greeted us and explained everything it was airy and pleasant and right in the center of the town near to the sights and railway station. the bathroom although we'll equipped was far away from the room

I have never seen such cleanliness Everything was perfect

We were only for one night but Patrizia made sure we felt welcomed. Rooms are clean. There was spacious kitchen available. Bathroom and kitchen are shared among 3 rooms. Keep in mind that rooms are located directly on noisy street.

Everything was great ?

The location was very good. Situated between city center and central station which were reachable in 5 min walk. The owner was very kind. Accomodation was not comfortable, old furniture. There was warm water only in the shower, not in the sink. When it rained there were drops of water coming into the room

Location very good, easy to get to and from station and Pisa's main attractions. all ok

Close to the train station, shops and restaurants. Host was kind. Room and decor was outdated. Bed pillows perhaps need to be replaced. Too much stuff in room that just doesn’t belong, nicnaks, trinkets. Kitchen did not feel clean. It still had Christmas tablecloth and decor in May. Needs refreshing.

We took the family room with a private bathroom. The room was good, but rather small, which is i believe normal for Italy. We didn't stay indoors too much, only to sleep during nighttime as we visited a lot in the daytime. The room is somewhat classy, vintage, old, and with personality. It has a lot of good ammenities like a mini fridge that we used to keep some beverages at cold, a TV that we didn't use, the Wifi is OK-ish depending on where you sit in the room for picking up signal. The bathroom has all that is needed in terms of towels and toiletries. There is also a kitchen that has everything you need, we didn't use it too much, only picked up 2 packs of biscuits from the breakfast buffet in the morning, but there were much more things shared by Patricia for the breakfast. The location is good, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby, close to the Central Station, 4min, for getting trains to travel to other cities (recommend Lucca and Florence as day trips). The Leaning Tower is at 20-minute distance, and the walk is pleasant to feel the city atmosphere. Even walking to and from the airport is possible, if you don't have a lot of luggage, it is actually a not so bad trip, mostly flat. The family room has both windows overseeing a very busy pedestrian road that is crowded with people until late in the night with a lot of noise. The windows are old wooden style windows that do not close shut and allow both noise and wind/cold to pass. In the morning, the city workers are there very early in the morning to pick up garbage, sweep, and vacuum the streets, so we were waken up early in the morning at 5-6am. Sometimes, we were able to go back to sleep after 1 hour or so and kept on sleeping until 8-9am. The amenities were nice, we got heat in the room, although during the night, from 23 to 6 the heat gets turned off and the room gets a bit chilly (we visted in February, so winter time with freezing temperatures). We had a small problem with the hot water that only lasted a few seconds the first day, and then we only got cold water. We addressed that with Patricia, and the next days, the water was hot. The bathroom does not have any heating, and it can be chilly in the wintertime when you get out of the shower. I recommend getting some slippers to use in the room. The apartment is upstairs, top floor, if you can use the stairs it will be better as the elevator is tiny and would not fit people with a lot of luggages (or do multiple trips as needed). The neighbors are quiet, although during the night, i was able to hear a recurring motor noise (like a clothes dryer revolving every few seconds). If you are a light sleeper as i am, you will hear it for sure.
