The AC was not working (on a hot and sweaty summer night) in the first room allocated to us. The staff was kind enough to move us to another room the next day. There, the shower drain was blocked and maintenance had to be called. The staff were great but the hotel needs a thorough maintenance.

When I entered the room, there was unflushed tissue in the toilet. Also, the coffee pods were never in the room for making coffee.

Location and room very clean. Staff was very attentive and checked us in quickly. Not really anything I don’t like. There was an elevator malfunction and the staff was working on it.
