The room was wonderful.
-
The location was great - quick access to restaurants, the Pitt campus, and bus lines. The breakfast was fresh, well-stocked, and varied. Our room was fairly clean, though we found clumps of human hair in several places and some hair in one of the beds. The room also had a constant, subtle urine smell. Overall, it was a good choice, and we will likely stay again.

It’s always great to stay here
-
Very clean and modern rooms with decent gym and breakfast. The extra charge for parking was annoying but pretty common in the city.
-
Overall it was a positive stay. The only issues I had were that the bottom of the shower door was moldy on the bottom, which I would’ve liked to have seen that cleaned, and on the final night of our stay, we were only given 2 bath towels instead of 3. That was a problem because the second new towel was wet. I don’t think it is unrealistic to expect all the clean towels to be dry.

perfect stay
-
Room was clean, organized and bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was able to accommodate an early check in without issue and location was excellent. Walking distance to university of pittsburgh. Bathroom drain was slow and didn't drain completely after shower and bathroom light flickered off and on when in use.
-
The room was very spacious. We appreciated the kitchenette with big fridge. Breakfast which was included in our rate was filling. My wife enjoyed usung the small gym. Staff were pleasant and professionally trained. It was expensive for a 2-night stay. And became more expensive when they added the daily parking fee which we weren't informed of in advance. While breakfast was diverse, it was mainly high on carbohydrates, including the make-your-own waffles. Fresh tomatoes and cucumbers would be a nice improvement. The indoor swimming pool was very small, more like something used for aqua therapy.

Location was great; loved the on site parking. I did not see a bath mat- I might have missed it?

Better gluten free breakfast options needed too. Thanks!

The rooms were gorgeous and so comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful when I had questions. The location was perfect for a conference at Pitt. The breakfast was pretty simply but there was plenty of it.
-
The breakfast was very good and the people at the desk tried to help. However, there was no mention in the hotel description that the parking was very limited. And you would have to park on the street in the description. It says covered parking one space per unit. That was not the case. When I got there, I had to park many blocks away. I blame Expedia for this since I booked through them. I will use another booking site in the future I think.
