This hotel is clean and comfortable with a "close enough" location to the universities and a shuttle so you can avoid bringing your car into the city if you choose. The gym and rooftop patio are lovely and the rooms are huge, with comfortable beds and ample space for getting in a few hours of work. However, it is LOUD. You know there's an issue when your room comes with complementary ear plugs. We will probably not stay here again only because the noise from the street was way too prominent for a good night's sleep.

Checking in and out was wonderful thanks to the helpful and friendly front desk staff. The bartender/food server was incredibly gracious. The room was beautiful. The shower was luxurious, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved our stay and will return.

Expedia charged $50 for parking but if I paid there ticks have been $10

House keeping to be more effective about replacing or refilling shower supplies and soap in bathroom

- Did not good sleep both nights due to noise from 376 and not informed before -Refused to give late checkout

Love the spacious room and the large bathroom with extra large shower. The room size for a standard double queen was very gracious. I would start again in the future. Only issue was the lighting. There was not one bright light for when needed. This was especially noticeable in the bathroom vanity area where we expect a brighter light for putting in contacts, applying make up, and shaving for men... It would have been nice to have a light that dimmed up to bright in one other area as well for ironing etc.

The hotel sits near a highway and the noise is overwhelming. We didn’t sleep well at all because of the noise.

The hotel is ideally located to Pitt. The room we had offered a view of the Monongahela River. When we figured out the room darkening shade instead of the screen, we had a very restful night. Would stay here again!

Did not really have an opportunity to do anything other than sleep in the hotel as we were in town for a funeral. I really enjoyed the layout of the lobby and my kiddo liked all of the metal works/steel works pieces throughout (she is a big history fan). Location was super convenient to where the rest of my family were staying as well. The room was very comfortable. My only complaint is the parking cost but you are going to find that anywhere in downtown.

This Hotel was in a good location and clean. We wish we had more time to stay but for the one night it was just fine. We will try this place again!!!
-
Room was clean and staff was very helpful. I did not like the noise from the high way. We have stayed here one other time and stayed on the river side and it was much quieter.
-
Staff is very friendly. They can provide water or we have to go up to 6th floor to fill. Serving coffee in evening will be nice as well. There was a weird smell in my room probably because ac was not working but they switched me quickly to another room. No places to eat etc at walking distance.
-
Comfortable bed, clean room Paying to park, check in attendant didnt explain that card used for parking would also be charged for the room, when the room was already charged to a different card at booking.

This may have been the greatest hotel I’ve ever stayed at
