Well, the hotel is in a decent area. The hotel was clean. The staff was good. There was a little bit of a weird smell in the hallways, but nothing to complain about. Everything was okay, good.

It was close to Hospital There was a lot of people at entrance just sitting there with music …Dogs barking at everyone who passed very uncomfortable stay and scary to be there it always smells like weed .

They would clean your room once every 2 weeks. That’s including changing towels also.

The property lacked essentials and service did not provide any viable solutions. Housekeeping didn’t come and had to ask multiple times for towels

There are bed bugs, management does not care about them at all. Ms. Trish did not care at all she did not even bother to look at the pics. Let alone coming into room and checking it. I had to deal with them throw away my samsonite luggages. Do a costly laundry, and still dealing with the itching.
