The hotel is nice and is very well located, in the same parking lot you can walk to a 4 or 5 different restaurants and you have a main road just in front of you, and I was amazed that they did the housekeeping everyday, not like many other hotels that never clean the room during your stay

Room was clean. Staff was good. Breakfast was ok. Bacon was burnt. My room, 416, did not have a black out curtain. So lights from the neighboring hotel shines in my room. A/C was loud. But for a quick stay it was fine.

Check in was easy. Breakfast was good Rooms were not as clean as expected. When asked to clean the wall staff said it needed painting. Soap and water worked. Pool area needs some maintenance and a trash can would be helpful. One of the beds should be replaced. Noise level high all hours of the night. Some guests arguing in the hall. It got so loud and police needed to be called in. Not the experience our family is use to when staying at a Holiday Inn.

The hotel is tucked in behind a couple restaurants and another hotel and is a little hard to find at first.

The sent of the room. It stunk so bad. I told front desk she looked at me and said I’ll let house keeping know tomorrow.

Loud. Poor sound insulation, people talking in the hallway sounded like they were in your room. The door was not flush with the carpet so light from the hallway lit the room all night. The A/C was great, the staff were great

The only comment is to install the soap containers at a lower level so kids can have easy access (maybe it was inly in my room).
