This beachfront all-inclusive Adults Only resort, features an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by coconut trees and sun loungers. The resort shares the 24-hour casino with Barceló Bavaro Palace. All spacious and air-conditioned rooms at Barceló Bavaro Beach Adults Only All Inclusive have a balcony or terrace with garden or pool views. Each is equipped with a 32-inch flat-screen TV, a mini bar and a private bathroom with bath tub or shower including a bathrobe and slippers. Barceló Bavaro Beach Resort has 3 restaurants and 2 bars, including a 24-hour Sports Bar. The resort has a gift shop and theater, and offers entertainment for adults. There is an ATM machine on site, as well as a currency exchange service. A free train travels throughout the resort and an airport shuttle service is available at an additional cost. Punta Cana is 30 minutes’ drive away.

Space, walking paths, childfree area, Front beach loud noise coming from party boats, and loud speakers in the pool from other guests (need to restrict them)

All inclusive, great location, close to the airport. The staff is very friendly, nice and helpful The rooms are a bit outdated. They’re very clean, but they’re definitely due for a renovation.

Staff was friendly and willing to assist even if its not their department.Facility is well kept,clean. Stayed at the Barcelo Beach adults only and I didnt like the fact that teenagers were allowed to be in the pool or on the adult side.I was disappointed and choose not to be in that area.I didnt want to be around kids,I left mine at home for that the reason I chose the adult section.

The food was good, but one day in one restaurant my girlfriend and I both got food poisoning. Nothing too serious, it was just one day, but something to look after. Also, I think it would be nice to let staff people to wear more comfortable outfits for their jobs, it's really hot there, wearing long-sleeved shirts and long pants must be too hot for them. I have seen other places where they have more friendly options considering the hot weather.

A great combination of professional and friendly staff with well-maintained spaces. The beach is a jewel there, and also, good food is available when needed I am not the most up-to-date guy, but the repertoires for some of the performances and venues seemed outdated. With those amazing places like the Disco or the stage, it could be better. The beam projector shows signs of age, and since it's on most of the time, it's better to improve that hardware. It's a brand showcase.

How we waited 4-5 hours for the room! And also no one informed us on the wedding party being booked at the palace not the adults only side Need to be more accommodating with gulfcart or travel to an from.

Our room was right by the pool and beach and bar! Loved our california king bed. Housekeeping was excellent and always was available. The Premier Check In was easy and we got champagne! The train ride to the family side was constant and the drivers had music playing! That we needed reservations for dinner and we did not know we needed long dinner pants or we couldn’t go in

The family side was large and had a lot of options . Also had much better food options than adult side The adult side was an afterthought. The buffet options on this side were not appetizing at all. Warm fruit, overcooked,and off tasting. The total opposite of the one on the family side.Bedrooms outdated.

I had an amazing time staying at this resort. It was very beautiful and comfortable. I think the bar should stay open longer since it’s an all adults resort

The location, the beach, the landscape was amazing. The seafood and fresh fruit were great. We really loved the day tour to Santa Domingo - highly recommended! Rooms location: We arrived as a family with two young adults kids and requested close by rooms, instead we were placed in different building! The staff was not very helpful in finding the solution. Servise: Overall, staff was not very responsive. The daily cleaning of rooms would always miss something - either a towel, or beverages replenishment or else. For such an amazing location the hotel shall invest more in its services. Amenities/entertainment: While in the connected Palace they had a big number of bowling, pool tables, etc, in the Adults Only area there was just one pool table and ping pong table - not enough for such a big number of guests. Food: Food was suboptimal overall. Advise - don't bother booking restaurants as food in those "booked" restaurants was much worse (with less choice) then in the common buffet areas. Seafood and fruits were great, but everything else could be definitely improved.
