I just want to say that this is marketed as an adults only hotel but it is NOT. There were kids everywhere because the children's side of the resort is not complete. I also reserved a double room and it was not available. Restaurants and food are amazing. The reception staff is horrible and useless. However, staff at bars, restaurants and luggage staff are all amazing!!!
