Pools Beach wasn’t good. Buildings weren’t numbered

Beautiful and first class service ! Rooms are spacious and comfortable!!

The rooms don't have much ventilation, very humid. They cook meats and seafood on the same grills(in the buffets) & in my case thats a huge no no due to cross-contamination for those that are allergic to seafood.

Very beautiful grounds and location very clean and many restaurants and boulevard to walk around . The pool and ice cream shop close much too early and the evening entertainment could be improved to be more enticing to attend and the casino needs an update very dated old machines that barely work

The property is massive there is so much to do with a full waterpark, bowling, fine dining, full spa, access to beach. Paying for the adult only side was the best money spent!! I wish someone would have walked us through the property at arrival

We liked the the adults only pool, bars, and restaurants. The entertainment was good. Food and drink quality was mostly good. Staff was very friendly. The layout was a little confusing. Lots of gardens and water features made for narrow walkways. Our room was ok, bathroom was a little bit underwhelming small counter and only one sink.

It truly was not an adults only. There are only areas that are adult only and not truly policed.

The room was ok, but you don’t go to a beach resort to stay in the room. All the rest was bad. Food, staff, customer service, no flexibility. Will NOT come back. Staff were not engaged, almost like they were doing you a favor, were almost rude to you, didn’t help at all and there was no flexibility. The concierge does not help you - all he does is to say you need to book everything through the app, even if you don’t have your phone with you or if the app does not work. Food is not good and one day they didn’t even have protein in the restaurant because they were out of gas. And the staff was just there looking at you. No service at the beach. We had to pay for a waiter to come and serve us and he only came one and disappeared. No towels - you have to pick them up very far away from the beach. When you book the hotel it says adults only and this is a lie. The hotel is NOT adults only. They have some parts of the hotel that is adults only - it is not the same thing.

The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The pools were amazing, with entertaining activities that really helped create a fun and lively atmosphere throughout the day. Most of the staff was welcoming and friendly, and while customer service styles vary culturally, overall the experience was positive. The food was mixed as expected in an all-inclusive resort, some buffet and restaurant options were very good, while others were just average, but there was plenty of variety. Drinks were generous with alcohol, the fruit was fresh and delicious, and the overall dining experience was enjoyable. The room was spacious, very clean, and everything worked properly. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a nice view that made the stay even better. The shower design allowed water to spill outside the shower area and wet the bathroom floor, which could be improved. The beach area was a bit dirty, likely due to the nearby boats; if it were kept cleaner, it would significantly enhance the experience.

Location of the resort and the grounds were perfect. The staff was also great. The food gets a 5 out of 10. Good variety of food, but not very good quality food. The food could have been much better. It was definitely the low point of the stay. Nice restaurants and bars but the food quality was lacking.

Spacious beautiful room, beautiful beaches. Restaurant MAREAS The only great highlight of the resort. Amazing service, excellent food. Team was very friendly and attentive, they kept serving water and bread etc. 10+ Let’s start with the service received. Me and my boyfriend were traveling for my birthday which I mentioned at reservation through Booking. We got there and we decided to get an upgrade of the room for a swim up room paying the extra difference. We mentioned was my birthday, they gave us a 5% discount which we appreciated. We later saw other rooms had the birthday banner at the door and I’m assuming a birthday package, none was offered to us. We also noticed later at each restaurant everybody was brought a dessert with candles never I got it at any places. Anyway, Room at that point was not ready but we agreed to wait. At check in they gave us a map but that’s pretty much it, we downloaded the app but it is missing lot of infos, one night said the Lounge was closed instead was open, etc we just found out about certain things by being at the right place at the right time, like a dj show on the open section at the boulevard. The staff around the whole resort has been very rude and pretty racist towards whites or someone that doesn’t speak perfect Spanish to the point that will either make you wait hours to serve you or just ignore you. My boyfriend and I have been ignored at different bars multiple times, while I got help as I switched speaking from English to Spanish. The beach and pool are nice, the sun bed some are broken so you have to check before you lay on or the back support might collapse. The beach towels provided have few bleach stains here and there. If it pour rain it gets easily flooded, to be a place that gets often hurricanes I feel infrastructure should be in better shape during heavy rain. We called front desk to get connected to the spa because we couldn’t find a direct contact and we been transferred three times to the wrong department. The room was very spacious, not the most modern furnitures/appliances, smart tv (no Netflix or other streaming platform), but a beautiful room. Only note on that, the humidity is insane!

The food was not to good at all.... room service menu is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. There are very few options and the options are not good at all... taste terrible.... the restaurants were ok... the best was the steak house and Japanese...

Entering the property there is a foul , pungent smell that is very unpleasant . The smell lingers in the entrance of the lobby where you check from the outside , not the best welcome. You’re greeted with champagne which is nice , but they do a terrible job of checking in almost everyone in line was pissed the wait was 45 min it seems the front desk is under staffed . I heard of that being an issue but experiencing it in person after a 4 hour flight is crazy. I didn’t like the smell , food was ok could be a bit better , a lot if dry food like steaks I tried . Couldn’t swim in beach too much seaweed . Also had roaches in my room .

The property was nice overall had lots of options. Unfortunately, all those options were not probably managed or it could’ve been a lot better. The upkeep could’ve been better. It was dirty and not well kept.

The aesthetics and how luxurious it felt being there. The staff at the casino especially the woman who was stationed at the roulette table. Unfriendly and unprofessional.

Adults only part. The pools and the beach. Wide range of high quality restaurants. Quite expensive.
