El ambiente es bonito, la comida es buena..!! El servicio no es bueno, pides mil veces las cosas y no te las llevan nunca, el aire dañado, el lavamanos tapado, el telefono no servia, y no te asisten, aparte algo muy muy incomodo es que te persiguen para venderte cosas lo que sea, son insistentes.. uno va para estar tranquilo no para estar con esa presion..

La comida. Poca variedad y mala oferta gastronómica en el buffet. El horario de cierre del buffet podria ser mas tarde tambien (esta abierto hasta las 10) El horario del spa tambien me parecio temprano (hasta las 7pm)

Property was clean and the staff was good. Food was good. Drinks were watered down but ok. Tv services were not great. Hot water in room was not consistent. Need more signage where things are located especially at night. Not enough lighting on walkway.

The staff were amazing, especially Andresito, who helped us navigate the resort and answered all our questions. Sometimes the transportation cars can take a few extra minutes to come.

The hotel facilities were beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, which made the stay very relaxing. The spa experience was one of the highlights of the trip — the facilities were excellent, and the spa staff was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the treatments. Unfortunately, the service from the general staff did not meet expectations. Several waiters and bar attendants seemed unmotivated and not very attentive to guests. In many situations, the service felt slow and impersonal, which negatively impacted the overall experience.

Reception staff was very unprofessional, one girl with a weird name that spoke french, worst service Ive ever experienced. Also check in took too long.

The beach is the most beautiful beach I have ever been on. The grounds are immaculate and perfect for taking photos. We are always able to find seating on the beach and at the pool. The food was good and plentiful but not amazing. The spa experience was very nice but overpriced in my opinion.
