Abba Suites Playa Del Carmen

Very nice hotel and rooms. I like laundry room. People super nice. A little bit loud at night, there was a bar close to us but we did not have a problem to go to sleep

Everything was incredible. A new boho chic designed apartment, clean, well equipped kitchen, strong wifi and great facilities available in the building such as laundry, gym, pool with a bar. Also the location!! 2 minutes walk to coco bongo club, but also nit very loud. Most importantly- kind staff!!!! Nothing!!! Everything was genuinely perfect.

I had a fantastic stay The only issue that I had was my key code didn’t work a couple of times but they sorted it out right away on both occasions, one of which was after hrs and the security guard dealt with the issue.

Loud music from a bar down the street kept us awake until 3am every night

Beautiful property! Clean, amazing pool and lounge area. Very well maintained and wonderful staff! Pool was open til 10pm! We loved that codes for the building and suites, no keys, just codes that make everything simpler! Wish more hotels did this rather than key cards you have to share and may lose! We were a large group of 14 people with 5 different suites, and had a fantastic time! If you enjoy being centrally located, good times and great Everything was great! No complaints!

The location was great right in the city center! All the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Nice roof top pool as well only complaint is the “hot tubs” werent hot.

Load music near by

Love the location so close to everything and you can’t beat the rooftop pool view. The front desk staff always make me feel like I’m at home. So welcoming and friendly. Sometimes can hear the music from the nightclubs. Bed is a little too hard for my preference but still good

Great property in a very central location of the city. I was very happy with the room and the ability to enter and exit the building even outside of front desk staff hours. The rooftop lounge offers a great view of the beach and much of the rest of the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can truly recommend it. The hotel itself is very cute and charming, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean, well thought out, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One thing I especially appreciated was how quiet the bedroom was, even on a Saturday night, which made it perfect for resting and relaxing. A special thank you to the incredibly kind and attentive staff. We felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. -

Beautiful place and comfortable Very very beautiful

The location was great, especially where there are festivals at Plaza 28 de Julio. It is also conveniently located to ADO, the ferry and Quinta Avenida. I loved the rooftop infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the laundry facility on the 7th floor was much appreciated. Sometimes could hear the music at the clubs late into the night, but wasn't bad enough to keep you awake unless you are a very light sleeper.

the TVs are not smart and they fail to connect smoothly with mobile (casting), everytime you try to cast netflix or disney the TV just gets blocked

They loud club music until 3 AM every night. But the location was great for all the daytime activities.
