Great flat! This is not a hotel! It’s a sort of airbnb Horrible check in process if you are arriving after 5pm. Booking provided 2 phone numbers to contact the property manager. Both numbers didn’t work. I couldn’t pay by credit card, only paypal. I tried to cancel the stay because I couldn’t pay, and i waited more than 1h in the reception, but booking.com support was useless and the property manager did not want to wave the cancellation fee. I had to open a paypal account so i could pay, even though i did not want one.. but not to lose the money i did it.

Isabel made herself available and couldn't have been more helpful. There is a clear distinction between the types of accomodation available. If you are looking for more than a hotel room I would advise you to select accordingly to avoid any misunderstanding.

Hadn’t had a chance to like it or not. The property confirmed my booking but arriving at night there was no one to let me in. security had no information about my stay. As a solo traveler directly from the road at 1am I was looking for help without solution. Spent half night in the lobby/in the car trying to reach the host and talking to Booking. Thank you so much!

room was clean and modern. Staff was lovely. Building is fairly new and so it was aesthetically pleasing. Bed was a little hard (perhaps personal preference). The 1st floor apartment down the hall partied until 2am every night. The shower head is a rain shower type and too big so the water has little pressure. It looks pretty but function was poor. Otherwise a nice enough place

Accommodations very comfortable and spacious, close to restaurants, beach and beautiful 38th street. Just off 5th Avenue on the quieter side but just a short walk to all the action. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking available if you drive. Our concierge, José, was always available to answer questions and solve any issues that arose. Mini fridge in room would be extremely helpful to keep cold drinks.

location noisy. you can hear your neighbors. the rooms have shared door very thin and feel like you’re sharing your room with other people and you hear everything so not much privacy. and if the room next to you has dog ! good luck sleeping.

location only Room was filthy. Shower not cleaned. No body wash in shower. No lock box. Spotty internet connection. Evidence of mold on pillows.

The location is amazing. Right on the quiet side of 5th avenue with quaint restaurants and bars. You definitely feel like more of a local in the neighborhood. The beach is a few blocks away. The building is new and well taken care of. The room was clean and I felt very comfortable and safe. One thing to mention is that this isn’t a “hotel” like you are traditionally used to. The rooms are owned and managed by property managers. I see that as a plus because you work directly with the manager instead of relying on hotel staff that may or may not be able to help. This set up is very common in Playa if you aren’t stayin at the Hiltons of the world. The property manager was great and always available and made me feel at home. The pool was relaxing and has a view of the ocean. Overall highly recommend! N/A

The location is good. Also apartment looks good. Host is very unfriendly. Asked about wifi, he said that you need to stay in one corner to receive signal… and he leave… Room was dirty.

New, modern apartment. - We were robbed in this apartment. A large amount of American dollars was stolen from the apartment safe. The apartment door was opened with a key. The safe was opened and closed without damage. The video cameras have not recorded anything. The concierge didn't see anything suspicious. Who stole the money from the safe??? Who do you think is the thief? The report to the police has been issued. There are no results. - Five metres away is under construction, the noise from which stands all day. - In the second bedroom there is a very strange second door to the elevator platform - you hear the noise of the residents for 24 hours. - In one of the bedrooms, the sink is right in the room. - Constant toilet malfunctions. - The windows of the bedrooms are facing inside the building, there is never a sun.

big sized apartment, location near to restaurants, clean Where do we begin? We booked for four nights but left after three - more stressful than relaxing, certainly not how we wanted to spend our holiday and money. Issues/areas to consider: - no wifi for 2 days (despite contacting the manager, Josue, multiple times - very frustrating!) - very, very noisy (very thin walls - can hear everything from the corridor & bar outside of apartment with loud music until 3 am) which prevented a good night sleep - view from balcony (construction site) - No furniture on the balcony - Pluming issues on three occasions which were solved by cleaning staff but still very unpleasant - Josue, the host was not very friendly & came across as rather arrogant. He was not helpful and told us to take our issues up with booking.com (after inquiring if a discount for all the issues would be possible) and he didn’t care that we were leaving the apartment earlier. - no information in the apartment about facilities/sightseeing/restaurants or playa del Carmen - Rooftop area was small and couldn’t fit all guests We recommend to spend a bit extra money and go somewhere else for a relaxing holiday.

it’s in a good location and the cleaning staff try their best. Management is terrible, particularly Josue. My bathroom leaked when I took a shower and he accused me of creating a fake leak. Checkin was a few hours late, and it took me 3 hours to get an internet connection. For a traveling worker, try to avoid. The only semi-sensible manager is Estefania.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Josue helped us with any questions we had and even helped us book some of our trips!

The room has a very good size for a couple, it has a nice size bed and a nice bathroom, it has a mini fridge and it has a small terrace with a non-heated spa. The room service was hard to get, you had to request it each day and upon request they take hours to get to your room, so is not as easy as you would wish. Then the check in service was not as good as you would wish too, the guy that did the check in for us impose his desired hours to go and do the check in so if you have plans you have to do your schedule around him, that's a very bad thing if you're traveling and intend to make the most out of your days. Then as a side note, the spa had a very dirty water so we didn't used it, this should be maintained properly.
-
the concierge guy made a mistake and charged me from the deposit instead of a different customer that did damage. worst place I ever stayed from the beginning to the end. security guard was sleeping every night. over price for a bad experience.

It's all good. On Nov 2022 its still a new tower and that's a plus. The Cleaning staff. Wow adrianita. she is a really a nice person super friendly and efficient. Concierge it's nice person too. Stable and proficient, understanding that you are on vacation. Bed too hard. I'm not a picky person when it comes to that.. But it's hard.
