It was beautiful, nice & clean!

Position. Rooftop. Room size. There is a problem with the hot water pressure in the building so sometimes you only have cold water in the bathroom.

The location was exactly what we were expecting. Close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores. The front desk staff were helpful, as much as they could be making excuses for the accommodations shortfalls. During our 8 day stay we never had hot water, barely lukewarm. Staff always said that maintenance was working on it, but it became evident that they weren’t. I was finally given access to what was housekeeping storage room that had hot water so I could wash my hair. My husband got a cold and awful cough, I feel as a result of the cold showers we had to endure. Housekeeping only came after we complained that no service had been provided. Huge disappointment as we are returning next month for another visit as will be seeking other accommodations.

Good location, within walking distance of the 10 Avenida Norte and many other food options. Friendly staff, house keeping service is good. Parking available on site underground. They provided beach towels for you to use. American breakfast included in the in house cafe. We were on the first floor, so the sound proofing could be better. The balcony doors didn't appear to be tightly closed but we didn't have any issues. We had an issue with the shower water pressure but it was looked into quite quickly. The lift from the car park to the lobby took a while.

The location was in walking distance to shopping, eating, etc The furniture needed cleaning. My air conditioner went out on the last night

The room was very spacious and modern. The furniture in the main living area might have been clean but it did not look clean. The sofa a chairs looked dingy and were stained.

The apartment is nice, the location is good near to the sea and the corso. The staff is really helpful. The surroundings and the apartments are quiet. The equipment of our room was not so high. There were not enough plates and cutlery. There were not washing sponge, washing up liquid, toaster, smoothie maker, salt which would have been benefical.

Great location, pets friendly Having warned in advance that the check-in at night, we tried to wake up the reception 20 min since the entrance was locked/ called, knocked/.breakfast is monotonous

Very nice staff and clean hotel. The room with livingroom area was great and big. Breakfast was ok, coffee good and waiter very very nice. The location is perfect in the more quiet part of the walking street with nice restaurants and bars. I recommend! Could have had free of charge bottles of water and daily cleaning sometimes forgot something, like wash the dishes. I would go again. :)

Use of towels for the beach, nice staff, big spacious room

Clean, had everything you needed, comfortable bed, was bigger a room than expected. Good location We paid for breakfast included however it wasn’t until we finished our food that we were told we had to pay. It was then that we found out that breakfast included meant we only one option which was American style breakfast. Breakfast does not include the full menu and there is no buffet

Hotel was nice. very good location, rooms were big and clean. Staff was nice. There is a parking underground that with a doorman. Did not have issues going in and out (most of the time there was someone there, and when it was not, they quickly sent someone) Windows did not have very good soundproofing but was not an issue as the area is not noisy and many rooms have window to the interior of the hotel. Breakfast was not that great in the sense that there were not many options to choose from.
