WIN DAY Playa - Hotel Express

Very nice budget stay. The stuff was very communicative, good wifi, good shower and rooftop pool, very convenient location, near to the center and beach. Everything is walking distance. Would recommend ?

It has changed. It was full of children in the pool area. I couldn’t sit there and enjoy the ocean breeze before and the rooms are small so I always used to stay out on the top deck in the breeze. Also, they more or less kick my ass out they know me, but I guess they were so busy that they said I couldn’t continue my stay because they had other reservations or expected them to let me know that they were booking up

The place was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. Nice rooftop pool. Water and coffee at the reception The elevator broke down for several days. The room included daily exercise. I didn't mind ?

The hotel is on AV CTM (48th Street) and 25th Calle. We were further out than expected. We took a taxi for just about every trip. Even the locals agreed we stayed too far out.

Only thing I liked was that there was an elevator and my room had a king bed. Where to begin? First the towels they gave me were brown, the first set. I learned to travel with my own towel because I dont want a rash from unclean towels on my skin. The second set of towels had 1 white clean towel. The head and handle in the sink was gross and clearly hadn’t seen a scrubbing brush in atleast a year. They dont clean well. They use dirty old mops to ‘clean’. They are also located across from a community center that blasts music from early morning till after 10 at night. I slept when I could. I was so stressed I needed to smoke a cig but there’s nowhere on the property to smoke privately. I’m not a smoker btw. I personally felt like the value for the price is not worth it. I wouldn’t stay here again nor would I recommend it.

Price per night I would not recommend this place the lifts didnt work when i had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs everyday , staff didnt speak english , Bathrooms smelt was really gross and the internet did not work at all which they seemed to ignore when i asked . I hurt my back when i checked out as i had to carry my suitcaise down 4 flight of stairs . I got woken up every morning to really loud zumba Music from the community centre across the road .

Microwave didn't work no kitchen utensils

the lift was not working and my room was on 6th floor . nothing was mentioned on booking .

Good location, few blocks from Quinta Avenida. We were walking safely on evenings. Nice terrace with swimming pool. Towels were very worn.

The hot water was supposedly malfunctioning, but they didn't make me aware until after I checked in.

No breakfast available The manager of the hotel was very rude, I inquired about the price show in the booking website and the one showed in his screen, and the answer was very unpleasant. coffee was not fresh, no tea available, no creamer available, towels limited, not shampoo (only soap), the place look old.

It was far from strip and restaurant

They don’t clean the room, I was 7 days day and they never clean the room

Dirty People it’s bad .

Swimming pool. Clean. Wifi is a complète disaster. Dont Even think remote working. Wifi shut down every 20 min. They made clear your cannot bring anybody in the hotel. So Forget to meet someone in a bar and bring him/her back to your room. And.. it’s noisy (location).

They have an attendant 24/7 . The staff friendly Clean room Upstairs with view and patio No shampoo or conditioner only the all in one soap.

Great location the stuff at the desk reception very friendly and helpful most they don’t speck English but they try to travel slate with the phone app warm water running 24/7 rooms spacious and they have variety for singles/groups very clean Is king of noisy cause of the cars running non stop is all dependent on the rooms the ones that face the str can be difficult to sleep
