The room and the pools was nice! The wifi is not working, do not book this place if you need wifi

TV and internet streaming barely worked and if it did it was YouTube. Pool needs to be retiled and cleaned at times.

The only nice this about this property was the pool area on the rooftop. The hallways were decent My room was a box. I paid for a DELUXE and it was no such thing. The staff was super unresponsive. I told them my sink was not working and they did not come to fix it. It was just an unfortunate experience. Especially having to pay for my full stay when only stayed 2 nights. The staff were more interested in their phones. Paid no attention to me or my needs

Nothing. I made a reservation there because they advertised to be 400ft away from the beach. This a complete lie. The hotel is not even close to the beach it’s more than 5 minutes walking distance away from the beach… What I don’t like is being lied to about the distance of the hotel from the beach!

Roof top pools and location The building is not maintained. Bedding and towels are old and worn with stains. Rooms are not maintained. Pool area, especially cushions on chairs and loungers dirty.

Beautiful apartment. Conveniently located for walking to restaurants and beach. Nice rooftop pools with views over sea.

The rooftop pool. There is no hot tub as advertised Ad stated all rooms have a kitchenette. We received an adjoining room with no kitchenette. We could not even get drinking glasses and only one bar of soap given for the week to shower or wash hands. No deck, no garbage cans in bedroom (only one very small one in bathroom for soiled toilet tissue) no smoke alarm (it was dismantled and placed in the drawer). There is no hot tub and bartender said it will no be repaired. We could hear everything from the guests of our adjoining room (i took a picture and attached it. it is dark with their light shining through the bottom and sides of door). Room was filthy! Bathroom filthy! Linens are stained and towels should be used for rags as they are frayed and stained. Filthy walls. All these photos are attached.

Big beautiful rooms. Great location The staff was the worse from beginning to end. Barely spoke to us. I felt I was a burden to them. They could have cared less if we were there or not. Not really helpful for anything. The person who cleaned the rooms was excellent. If that was my staff greeting people at the front, I would fire them all zero personality.

I have stayed here 3 times. It’s a nice building and the beds are very comfortable. Location is perfect. This time I was given a room on the ground floor and there was no hot water. That might be fine in July but it is the end of January and it is cold in playa del Carmen. The internet didn’t work this time. And when I asked for a room change I was denied even though I could see there was availability on the website. Disappointing

Location, nice sizable apartment , nice rooftop, Linens were dirty , towels dingy, stains all over apartment. Unacceptable

The lock to the room was a closet lock - not safe at all. When we asked to change the room they said they could do it in the morning then all of a sudden there were no rooms available. Room lock was a closet lock. Serious safety issue.

The breakfast was good with a beautiful view. The door knob to our room didn’t function properly and we had to tighten up the strike plate several times in order to get the door to close. The shower didn’t drain properly and the drawer in the bathroom wouldn’t open and close properly. The front desk staff wasn’t friendly. The facility doesn’t have wash cloths.

The location and the view from the rooftop pool! Our first unit hot water didn’t work unless you went in the lock off next door and opened the faucet in there to get the heater to cut on. We were ok with this the first few days but then they rented the lock off so we couldn’t go in there anymore to get hot water to our unit. So they moved us to another room. This room had hot water but little pressure and had trouble with the key and lock on door. Only one staff member was rude and not so nice. The rest were very helpful .

The deluxe room did not look anything like the pictures when booking online. The room looked more old and rundown than others. It also faces a small inner courtyard type thing so there is little/no natural light. The room is small and basic. Our linen on the bed felt old and scratchy. We had some issues with having no hot water in our shower for some days. Staff are not overly friendly or welcoming.

The property is in a quiet area but steps to 5th. The public beach access is at the corner and it’s close to all the 38th street restaurants. I’ve stayed here many times as I come from a very remote part of Riviera Maya. The rooms are hit or miss if you book through Booking as a general room vs the one prominent condo APP or choosing a unit from the map. Cheap Booking rooms are overflow. You do not want to be in the A building after the -05 rooms. Lots of construction. Get the B building is possible. One of the few condos or hotels in the area with bar and restaurant. There are interior rooms without windows. Everything is just a little unclean. Ex algae in the pool around water line, mold at bottom of shower, etc
