Great location, spacious rooms, clean, nice facilities

Nothing really. It was just OK. We have stayed in some really great hotels on this trip. This was not one of them. Good Customer service is not something they try to achieve. I asked by message to change arrival dates. They did not reply. Had to get booking.com involved. Asked for a blanket. We did not get one. We had 3 people. They would only give us 1 room key. Eventually, I got a blanket and two more room keys after going to the front desk again and again.

This hotel is newer, our room was spacious and clean. Lots to pick from for breakfast. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was well insulated from noise. Better access to drinking water would have been nice.

Pool They charge more that expected. The guest laundry room need an upgrade. Wasn’t working properly and the sink in the bathroom was liking , I notified front desk and nobody came to fix it.

The location was peefect. Just around the corner of 5th Ave. Within walking distance to a grocery store La Soriana and many great restaurants nearby. And many of the excursions pick up right outside the hotel. The washing machine was down and they were not able to get it fixed before we left so we have to go elsewhere to wash which took much longer and was much more costly.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was great. The room was not really clean for our arrival. The floors were dirty and the sheets were stained (pillow cases). Even after we had them clean, it still smelled musty (like mold) and the floors were still dirty.
