In hindsight, nothing! Your “trusted partner “ stole our hard earned and long saved money. They lied, booking.com lied. Total scam. I didn’t like being robbed, lied too and taken advantage of. You all should be ashamed. I not only have a terrible view of your service but your culture. What a shame.

Good

Excellent location close to the alternative bus station and comfortable bed. Beautiful accommodations. We were able to leave our luggage in a secure location when we arrived too early to get into our room so that we could take care of some business and get lunch. We were then able to get into our room a little bit early when we arrived back at the hotel.

Location was good: 450 meters from the bus terminal and 500 from the sea. The breakfast ws just bad. Everything is rather old, it could be renovated.

Everything Nothing

The pool area is nice. The rooms are dated and the lighting seems poor.

The staff were great, there was a nice size fridge in the room, the air conditioning cooled well, the hotel was in a good location for local amenities. There was also a water dispenser so we could fill up water bottles. No complaints

I have stayed there before and liked it. Unfortunately they no longer change the sheets between guests and the smelll if humidity was really bad

Most of the sfaff especialy one very helpful lady Location Ease of access Lack of Maintenance. Lack of reaction to issues (nothing much worked) No tea / coffee in the room

The only thing I did not like was, I traveled with my three sisters and we share the same room with two beds and this incident they had us either overpay the extra two people or get a whole new room they would not let us force stay in the same room

I didn't like the attitude of the staff to welcome their customer.

Clean quiet and safe room for an affordable price in a nice looking property. Very nice to include bottled water in the bathroom for brushing teeth.

Only thing that was good about this place was that it was close to fifth ave and had free parking. The hotel lost power twice in one day for a few hours each time. While I understand that this was not the hotel's fault, my friend has asthma and could not breathe in our room due to it being hot and humid. We expressed these concerns to the front desk and asked if we could receive a partial refund so that we could find another hotel with power. However, the man working at the front desk was rude and refused to comply with our demands. He disregarded our concerns about our friend's health, and this was absolutely ridiculous for the price we paid! Do yourself a favor and do not stay here... it is better to pay a little bit more money to stay somewhere else.

The reception staff, Bianca and Armando, are exceptional. They are extremely friendly and helpful for whatever you might need. The hotel is very fortunate to have such hardworking and loyal staff members. Additionally, the cleaning and maintenance staff do a wonderful job as well. Everything is kept neat and tidy. They are always cleaning and the place looks wonderful. I especially like the different towel arrangements on the bed each day. Very cute.
