Good staff. Good location
-
The hotel has a very cute decoration Mexican style makes you feel at home The kitchen is closed so there’s no options to eat inside the hotel

The room itself was ok, but there is a lot of noise during the night until after 3:00 from bars around. Very very noisy. I had to move somewhere else after one night

Stayed for friday/saturday night. I had room 14. King bed. Overall, it was pretty quiet, but it did get loud on Friday/Saturday night. I would recommend this space for younger people or partiers. I never had an issue with noise. Location was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Had a fridge. My windows locked. The outdoor space is very cool. Everyone has a hammock, and there is a cool community area. I never had time to check it out, but overall, the space was beautiful, and yes, the cat gets very vocal at night if you run into it. My room was cool, fan worked well. Not sure if there was AC but I was never hot. Staff was not overly helpful (like, don't expect this to be like a Hyatt or Marriot) but they were still very pleasant and assisted me with little things I needed. I would stay here again. Nitpicking, but it would have been great to have a full body mirror in the room. And I feel like water should be in the room as well. When I asked for water late at night, at first the receptionist said they didn't have any (even though there were whole cases stacked right behind me. He said they were for another hotel.) It wasn't that serious to me, but I went back to my room and a few minutes later, he knocked and brought two bottles of water which I was very thankful for!

Great location , and great value . Very low water pressure.

The bar blast music until 4am. It was difficult to sleep even with ear plugs. I asked for an extra towel and it never come. I ask for a blanket and they have none. I ask for beach towels and they have none. The shower barely worked. Plugs only on one side of the bed. We spilled on the sheets and they wanted me to buy new sheets without even trying to clean then. We had to wash our own sheets and they came clean in the machine.

Nice vibe nice looking The neighborhood is extremely loud at night. Bands playing until 2:00 AM and loud people on the street . Slight sewer smell in bathroom, maybe supply a rubber cover for the drain in floor. Would be nice to have a bottle of water in the room on arrival.

It was in walking distance to everything Nothing

Nice, clean central place!
-
Location is amazing close to the beach and bus station. Hidden fee of 82 pesos in cash for environmental cleanup or something like that (you know there’s something shady going on)

My room was *very* smelly, when I asked the receptionist to come to my room (number 17) to check it out, he immediately said it smells good and there is no problem with room. Instead of trying to help, he even suggested I'm sick and that's why it's smelly when clearly the smell in the room was awful. He also didn't suggest any other solution, claimed they are fully booked when they were almost empty. Very bad experience. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Nice and clean . Good location . Loud music from a club close by

Very good

Quirky hotel, very close to the centre of PDC
-
Nice, big and clean. We stayed only one night so I cant say much. We enjoy it really, eventhough you hear the music coming from thr town/beach. Earplugs did work like a charm.

Best location. Two minute walk to the water. It was all good
-
The shower isn't good and room was not cleaned. The stuff at the reception didn't know English and was not nice at all

I stayed for a few days and would give it top marks for the lovely people working there. Also the room was clean and very comfy. I’d have appreciated being able to boil water, there is a microwave but no way of using it for water without cups! I’m afraid though I couldn’t return, the noise levels made sleeping pretty much impossible for me (they kindly offer earplugs - but that didn't work for me) It’s not the hotel’s fault - they’re surrounded by bars that play music at full blast till late at night. It’s a shame - and if that’s not something that would bother you then I’d highly recommend. Great location and lovely hammock to lie in outside your room. But if noise bothers you - then that would be an issue. The noise - made sleeping very hard.

The location was perfect, not too far, not too close. A nearby dance club was audible but not annoying. The owner is fantastic and so are his staff (and his cat). It is not a luxury stay but punches above its' weight class in cleanliness, location, friendly staff and superior management. We will likely return here next year. The cat likes to invite himself into your room, so be prepared to have company or else be vigilant about opening your door if you don't consort with felines. He is very friendly and very vocal. Nothing really comes to mind. The place is great.
