Resort fee charged at $10 per day, only one elevator working, breakfast is okay it is a mexican italian mix of choices.

The door lock stopped working the night before I left. They had to send another staff member to open the door.

Front desk not so welcoming, surprise extra charges, check in too long, all pricey including drinks, not the best food for breakfast.

I totally liked that the room was cool and comfortable upon arrival. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The Cava bathroom products were refreshing and smelled very good. I stayed in room 108 and the convince for a family was awesome. First impression was not good. The Lobby was extremely hot and suffocating. I would think that if Paris Hilton was walking in herself she would definitely have something to say. It could very well seem luxurious just like a Hilton Curio property with AC upon arrival. I have stayed in various Curios by Hilton and upon arrival it did not seem like one due to the AC. I did not appreciate that all the workers have to work in this condition. I believe that showing them some human decency to this respect goes a long way with treating them like humans and appreciate all the hard work that they do each day in greeting and helping the guests. If you work at a Hilton Curio, just the name itself feels as if you should walk into luxury and to me Air Conditioning is not just luxury but a human right. Also, both elevators were out and I had my 81 year old mother in law with me, which I was thankful that we were placed on the 1st floor. I hope y'all gave a discount to the poor man that was stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes. He sure was sweating up a storm.

Everything The room was really clean

We loved the rooftop pool and hot tub!! It made the stay great. The staff was really nice and professional. The bar drinks and food were very good. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette would be great for longer stays. Our included breakfast was a very large and plentiful buffet. Lots of variety. The rooms were listed as having a balcony, but in reality they did not. I think the rooms listed on Bookings with a terrace would give you an actual balcony.

Great location, nice pool and hot tub The decking around the pool needs to be replaced. Special charge to use lounge chairs next to the pool.

The hotel is very well located, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were outstanding—especially Hugo, Nathan, Jesus, Frank, and Ga—who all went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooftop is wonderful, featuring a beautiful pool that makes it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the view. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Everything was wonderful.

The reception staff were excellent. The luggage storage was easy to utilize upon check-out. The hotel was remarkably quiet given it's location in the most touristy part of PDC. Easy walking distance from the ferry pier and ADO bus station. The weather was crummy so we didn't visit the pool deck so can't report on that, or any of the onsite dining options. The rooms are dark and a little tired. Our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, and we had no balcony for fresh air. For just one night it was okay, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer than that.

Breakfast was solid with a good variety to start the day. Our room (Superior King room) faced the interior courtyard, and we had no trouble with noise. Rooms were clean and well maintained. One thing to note: there is a 10 USD per night resort fee that we weren’t aware of before arriving. In addition, a refundable 5000 MXN deposit is required at check-in and can only be paid by credit card — this also wasn’t communicated to us in advance.

The hotel was very nice and clean! There were a lot of discrepancies on prices. The hotel tried to throw in additional charges that I already paid booking.com for. Additionally they tried to charge me for breakfast when my breakfast was already included in my stay. I asked for the 1,800 MXN body scrub and instead they gave me the more expensive one. Additionally, the person above me was so loud that I did not sleep well both of the nights I was there. It was such a loud stomping and moving of furniture. I don’t know if I’d stay here again but it was a central location, downtown, close to a lot of food places, walkable and by the beach! There was also a mall in walking distance. I highly recommend knowing what and exactly how much you paid for everything via booking.com before checking out of the hotel! I attended a wedding and two other guests were over charged, one $250 USD for a resort fee! Another $60! I was not charged that much and one guest was told just to give them what she had in USD. If you decide to stay here, it’s not a bad stay but please be mindful of the charges.

    Customer service and dangerous elevators

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Location was great, one block from 5th avenue Didn’t like the hidden fees they charge and they ask for a credit card for a deposit not debit.

Location, staff, pool Curtains didn’t close, need more dinner choices, bar in lobby not open

  • Engine customer Nov 2025

The location was the best, close to the Ado station and the 5 Avenida but not in the middle of the noise. The first room they gave me smelled of strong humidity and mold. It was so bad I had to ask them to change room after one hour because I couldn't handle the smell anymore. Also the air conditioning in the bathroom was very loud. The details were not curated at all, the lamp in the room was so old and the mirror in the bathroom was chipped. The bedside clock had the hour wrong. The breakfast was poor. I basically ate eggs every morning and some pieces of bread. There are more sweet choices than salty. You had to order bacon and they would bring you one or two strips. No meat at all at the buffet. One day I went to the pool and the waiter told me about a promotion of 2x1 on margaritas. The menu stated the margarita costed 220 pesos. At the moment of paying I saw he was charging me 260 pesos, when I asked him about it he literally said "oh 220 pesos is for one, you chose the promotion 2x1 so the price is 260". I told him then the promotion shouldn't be called 2x1. Not a big deal because it's a small difference but either he doesn't know the meaning of 2x1 or he's doing wrong advertising. Overall this hotel was very overpriced for what it offered and the presentation of it. Only good thing is the location.

The hotel is set in a prime location, close to night life, the ferry & downtown near business districts. N/A

Location, Breakfast. Felt a little expensive for what you got, not 100% worth the cost.
