Walls are very thin could hear the neighbors talking and playing loud music all night long

Calm, not noisy, room is decent and clean. Only one key per guest, bathroom sink was not in good condition, shower not functioning properly.

His language skills were exceptal.!!! Last days stay was hampered by no water pressure, notified Joel and he got the Plumber in to fix the problem. Due to a flooding of the suite I was to have Joel placed me in a Double beded room ( lesser rate with no rebate/refund of the cost difference ).

Great location for ADO and Ferry. Good basic accommodation. Bathroom was very small. Toilet paper on wall behind you difficult to reach.

Location was great and even though it is bare minimum, it’s what I needed for the price. Probably not their issue but in the evening time, there’s some kind of noise that comes from outside, but other than that, it was cool

Air conditioning After staying here several times over the past. This last time was just beyond anything I’ve experienced. I’ll quickly summarize only the facts. No staff is onsite after 10pm. If drunk out of control guests are present. You can be in danger. This hotel is not worth that risk. I experienced a group had screaming violent fights . Partied hard 3 days in a row. ( til 6-7am) they checked my door knob several times. It was scary and did not sleep for 3 days. Eventually they smashed the front entrance door. This hotel is dangerous.

The air conditioner worked great About 15 teenagers arrived and had a full blown party for several days, blasting music smoking pot etc. Each room has glass doors and most of the party was directly outside my door. So every time I left my room I was greeted with drunk kids. Apparently they had no rules and the property became their personal lawless party. If they offered you a free stay, refuse it.

The location was great and the room was spacious and comfortable. Wifi was excellent. Had a nice mini fridge and microwave. Bed side table, which is always so nice. The shower had no curtain and got the bathroom wet no matter how hard I tried to use as little as possible. I was the only room with no hot water heater, so no hot water. The toilet seat was lose and finally completely fell off, I offered to fix it but they said they would, but it didn't happen. I had to buy a light bulb for one of the lamps at the head of the bed, but that wasn't a big deal.

good place one of the employees started flirting with my boyfriend right after I left the hotel. I am very disappointed

It is really close to the 5th avenue, where you have access to a lot of restaurants and bars. Also it is close to the ferry station to go vositl Cozumel. Small walking distance too. The hotel looks better in the pictures than in real life. It looks that they just opened it, so the walls are badly painted, no microwave in the room as mentioned in the description, there was no hot water in the shower. Also there is no place to keep your stuff or luggage, and that is also something specified in the hotel description.
