It’s a really good profe for its location, and also the facilities were okay, the receptionist wasn’t that nice. I liked it
-
It was near the ferry and the beach. Cold A/C
-
The A/C worked. Charged me more than what was quoted on Booking.com, said it has to do with exchange rate. Not true but I had no other choice. Then they came to my room at 10:30 at night demanding more money an absolute nightmare. Wouldn't clean my room, the sliding door was broken, not a good place.

Loud at night. Live band playing very late Needs updating
-
I liked how it was so close to the beach and all the party vibe It was very uncomfortable the bathroom smelled very bad and the bed was not comfortable at all
-
The smell when we walked into the room The pool on the roof. The location. Nice size fridge.

This property has a very good location First of all, this is a very old hotel. We booked a certain price through booking.com and as we got to the room, the hotel staff charged us with 25% more with no reason, although we showed them that the confirmed price on our booking was lower as we wanted to get up to the room. We found out that there is no elevator, and you need to take the . Stairs, .The rooms are dirty. The shower looks very old. There was no shampoo, no conditioner and no soap. We add other peoples clothes in our room We had a spiderwebs in our room. We didn’t had towels and toilet paper papers, and the thing that was the the worst is the fact that the balconies of the rooms are connected, so everybody can come to your room balcony. I don’t understand how is it possible that this hotel is rated as five star hotel I wouldn’t give him even two stars.

The staff was very nice. It was a good location There were no elevators, the hotel was super old and outdated. It was downright scary and filthy! There were nasty spider webs, the walls were disgusting. The bathroom was very dirty. We refused to shower there or sleep for fear of someone breaking in or rodents/ insects taking over.

Location was excellent but all other amenities were below average. Sliding glass door was broke. Room very small and no rails to hold on to to climb the stairs.
-
Broken bathroom door that rubs on floor to go inside (annoying), window didn’t latch/lock. Narrow staircase and someone try to go inside of room in the middle of night.
-
nothing Sketchy and hot hallway to enter, rude lady at reception, no stairs and room was 3 flights up. dangerously loose stair railing making me fall on stairs. room was hot and bathroom was dirty. hair in sink and turned on sink to have water spray everywhere. super LOUD rattling noise in entire building and lady didnt know what it was. I didnt feel safe, comfortable, or clean, and it was hot and loud. Lady got upset I didnt want to stay there and she still charged me.

It was only one block from Ado bus, right in the center of Playa, close to any places. The cleaning lady is very nice. It was ok for the value. Was noisy at night, i went to sleep early so had to use ear plugs. So if you want more quiet, better to pick a hotel on more quit street. One morning big cockroach climbed on my leg in the bathroom while i was washing my teeth, so this freaked me out.

For the price you pretty much get what you pay for. There are no wash rags in the room. Nothing really at all. I also had to change my room because the original room had dead bugs in it and the sheets were not cleaned. The shower took foreverrrr to get hot. I had to have them come to take a look at it because I didn’t think it even worked at first.

I like the stay I'm MAYAB . The room was as it showed in the picture , the A/C was very good , it was 3th floor with private balcony ( I think it was room # 311 ) . The location is right on 5th Av so you will have some noise but not after 11pm . Nice place to be .

The hotel is on a very noisy street with restaurants playing live music very loudly until 3am. No hot water and the cold tap is broken and dripping. Mold and dirt everywhere.
-
This hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the ADO station, which makes it ideal if you need to catch a very early bus, or are arriving too late for a connection. It's located right on Quinta Avenida and the soundproofing is non-existent. Unless you can sleep through a hurricane or are ok taking something to knock you out, forget about resting until at least 1am. Also, bonus points to whoever built the shower cabin so the bathroom light switch is actually inside

Very clean, very friendly staff. Angelica is a sweet girl and always available. The tap in the bathroom is past its sell-by date, perhaps a new one?
