Junior suite had excellent beach views. The place is right at the beach When we raised that our shower had no water, no pressure or no shower head they did fix it within 24 hours. The aircon doea not work ao absolutely boiling. The bathroom in the junior suite was so run down . The water prwssure doesnt work. Cant shower. Facility is old.

location is amazing, you can walk to every thing from here. even going to Cancun airport , just 2 minute walk to the bus station or the taxi share. the hotel is old but the staff keeps every thing working good. less rain?

Location is great It can get quite loud at night with the Sofia Bar blasting music until 1:30 am maybe 3 people including staff in there

I love the location. the owners are constantly improving the property. the restaurant right across the Hotel is very good. its almost as if it was a part of this Hotel. the bathrooms could use a facelift. an elevator would be a great idea. a rooftop pool would be prefect. i was told that they are working on the roof top pool

You know, it didn't have a pool, or a breakfast bar, but the room was spacious, had a balcony, a whole minifridge to fill up with my own stuff, a TV (not that I used it), an ensuite bathroom, an awesome (a godsend) air conditioning unit, and the room was turned down every day.

Hotel needs to be cleaned more often, rooms had trash from previous guest, restroom was dirty, rusty knobs.

Not all staff speaks English, I needed to change my room to find a working safe box

the location, the staff, cleanliness, the room was very comfortable. i wish the patio door would open easier. but everything was great and will be visiting you again in two weeks. I wish there was a coffee maker or an electric kettle. i wish the patio door would open easier.
