This hotel lies beside the beach at the heart of Playa del Carmen, within one street of the Quinta Avenida. The pier, a selection of shops, bars and nightclubs are close by and it is 3 minutes walk to the ferry to Cozumel. Cancún international airport is approximately 40 minutes away, a bus stop is just 150 m from the hotel and the Plaza Central is 250 m away. Built in 2002 and renovated in 2006, this 6-storey beachside hotel comprises a main building and an annexe block offering a total of 33 rooms of which 4 are single rooms and 29 are double rooms. Facilities include a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a handicrafts store, and a restaurant-bar offering seafood and Mexican specialities and views out over the Caribbean Sea. Room and laundry services are available and it is possible to gain access to the Internet. A laundry service, medical assistance and a professional babysitting service may be taken advantage of. Each of the spacious rooms comes with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, a small fridge, a coffee machine, a king-sized bed or 2 double beds, a safe, an iron, a wake-up service and a balcony affording views out over the sea. There is a swimming pool with a children's pool in the outdoor complex as well as a beach club where sun loungers, parasols, towels, snacks, beer and Mexican dishes are on offer. Further leisure offerings include a massage service, diving and beach volleyball. The nearest golf course is 3. 5 km away. Guests may select their breakfast from an ample buffet; lunch may either be chosen from a menu or taken à la carte. It is possible to book a bed and breakfast only stay.

The staff was friendly. The pool was dirty and unusable. The beach views were beautiful. The beachfront chairs were not for hotel gueses. The roku in the rooms was nice. The balconies could be very very dangerous for small children, more than a normal balcony. Parts of the building were falling apart. They were stingy with towels.

La atención de recepción muy bien , un hotel antiguo...le falta mantenimiento pero por el precio y la ubicación está bien ....cama cómoda , agua caliente ...nos alojamos en la habitación con vista a la alberca

DO NOT BOOK!! I should have listened to other reviews. This was the most disgusting place i have ever seen in my life. We didn’t stay here and i will be trying to get a refund. The room had a safe with NO lock, the bath towels were stained and thread bare, black mold in the shower, the smell was awful. The attendant was non responsive to anything.

Un asco de hotel. Horrible, sucio en pésimas condiciones lo que genero que abandonara el hotel de inmediato, es increíble que ofrezcan este tipo de hoteles. Un asco un robo.

Pool isn’t swimmable, more of a foot bath. View was very nice. Manage expectations; you’re in the middle of a busy tourist area with a nice beach view. Bed was hard and sheets didn’t fit well. Cleaners didn’t clean often. But it was quiet at night for Mexico.

todo muy acabado la limpeza terrible no limpaban la terrasa y todo por encimita el personal del lobby nunca esstaba tenias que esperar que saliera de algun lado y ya por ultimo tenias acceso a playa pero les daban preferencia los que venian de fuera ya que a esa gente les pagaban y los del hotel ya venia incluido te mandaban hasta atrass Como dije en ubicacion esta perfecto y acceso a playa lo demas esta de pensarse

This was our first time and the service was great, the only ting I can say it do the upgrade for more choice’s of food.

Nothing like the pictures online. There was a lot things wrong with the room but the worst was the bed. The bed sheet was big enough to cover the whole mattress and that’s what show the bad condition of the mattress we were suppose to rest during our 5 day trip. We couldn’t sleep the only night we end up staying here, that we end up going to different hotel for the remaining of our trip.
