It was clean and everything looked so beautiful

The whole scenery was a big hit!!! The staff was so amazing ! Mosquitos at the end of our stay was bit uncomfortable to stay outside

It’s absolutely gorgeous! The design is made for sensory people and it’s very soothing and calming. Perfect for the ADHD brains! Great for taking pictures and making content. Everything was working well. Hot water. Shower had a perfect flow. Staff - Omar at the reception was Amazing! Perfect English which is a huge bonus for a hotel! He was Super helpful, always smiling and would make your day better at any moment, very good energy. He is very knowledgeable and is a very very good host! MOSQUITOES! Although they do fumigate them around 6pm. They still eat you alive and get inside the rooms too. I wish they provided or sold spray or something for mosquitoes. Wifi was very slow and at times not working at all. Staff - Almost nobody speaks English! Except one person. Staff - Several female staff at the breakfast were giving me evil looks. Constantly! It was very uncomfortable. One day after 11am when breakfast ended, as I was finishing mine, I came to a juice dispenser to get a refill. The lady that works there, Angeles, ran towards me almost taking it out of my hands and rudely told me that it’s one glass per customer! First of all, hotel was almost empty as it’s a low season. Secondly, breakfast ended and I was the only person who was there late. Juice is supposed to be disposed of at the end of the shift. I worked at hotels and those are the rules for food service. Thirdly - I paid for my breakfast! And the only reason she was behaving this way makes me think that they keep the leftovers for themselves. Well, ok. But fighting a guest for a glass of VERY DILUTED btw juice while there is still a lot left, after the breakfast is UNACCEPTABLE! The next day Angeles removed glasses and turned off the juice machine right after seeing me coming to eat. So that I couldn’t get ‘their’ portions of it. And it was still 10:20am. Not even close to the end of breakfast. She also told about this to another younger girl who works in that area and that girl kept giving me evil looks non-stop! She was literally following me around, pretending to clean something near me and frying me with her eyes. VERY RUDE AND UNCOMFORTABLE! Next day this girl did the same thing as Angeles. Removed glasses right after I came to eat. SUPER RUDE. Matcha Frappe btw is NOT Available even though is being advertised. False marketing. Not cool. Or perhaps the staff is also stealing it for themselves. It seems like there are no trained waiters in this hotels.

Since the plants require to be watered constantly, is very common to see very slippery spots everywhere. Most of the time were marked, although the risk is there specially for kids and absent-minded as the floor is mostly tiled. Also, pool was freezing, no one was in.

Good located and good breakfast. Very friendly staff! Have kitchen in the room?? Room was a little ridden at the back of the hotel…and with a small terrace.

Main issue was the noise. We got used to it, but there was loud party music from a nearby venue several nights until 1pm. May be ok for many people, but if noise is an issue, don't stay here. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was decent enough and came quickly, though portions were quite small considering the price.

The boho decor was very nice. Lots of greenery. It feels like you have entered a rain forest. Very original. Bathroom smelled like sewer. The fridge in room did not work. Breakfast was too simple. Coffee was not good. On the first day we stayed, we had to move to a smaller room with a smaller bed because ac did not work. This should have been detected beforehand. I paid a higher price for a premium room and got a standard on the first day.

Breakfast = yogurt with fruits, the or juice. Two slices of bread, gem. That is all, but you can pay for more if you want. Each day, same menu.

Amazing location and the facilities are great. I loved the feeling of being in the middle of the jungle with so many plants. The closed parking had exactly one spot available when I arrived, but there were also several spots in front of the lobby that we would have used otherwise. La Quinta is a few minutes walk away and there's tons of bars, mini supermarkets and ATMs around (which was important for me) The service at breakfast can be improved. I arrived just past 7 o'clock and it took at least 15 minutes before the single "waiter" came to our table since he was busy taking care of guests who arrived previously. It was not clear how the breakfast works but you just wait and they bring you the included granola and fruit bowl, plus toast with butter and jam. If you want something else like eggs, then you need to order separately. This was also not mentioned during check-in but I gladly purchased extra. The breakfast was not to my taste but not bad. Now knowing all that's out there I could have gotten something cheaper that I enjoyed more in one of the many locations outside. The facilities could also use a bit of updating (like closets, windows not fully closing). But nothing major, it's a nice place overall!

location easy to get to and go in and out from. The overall ambiance and the natural parts of the atmosphere with a cozy little pool. no Pool Towels in Room. Could have refilled our water jug for the cleaning as a bonus, but it was more than enough either way

This hotel was in a great central location- close to the ADO bus station, many restaurants, and some of the beaches. The grounds were beautiful, with many green plants, a nice pool, and a nice place to eat breakfast. The breakfast was simple but pretty tasty. The room was great- the bed was very comfortable, the AC worked very well, and the shower worked great (hot water worked well). Overall, my friends and I really enjoyed our stay! There were only 2 things that could be improved: 1. Our ceiling fan didn't work (but with the AC, that was ok), and 2. There were no hooks or racks to hang our towels. This was kind of annoying as we wanted to be able to let our towels dry. Just putting in some simple wall hooks for 4 towels would be so helpful! Otherwise, we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was amazing! The room was spotless, housekeeping every day, and the staff was super friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Omar for helping us with everything and arranging our trips. Highly recommend!

Location is great within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants . The Staff are excellent in every way they make you feel right a home . Nothin.
-
Hulku less expensive, but ferry, beach and 5th street 6 min walk, and also el fogon restaurant also 6 min walk opposite direction less expensive with excellent food for a not expensive, but reasonable food prices. No refills on drinks , which i finally realize how blessed to have.

The Wi-Fi was a little bit iffy.

Very good
-
A little loud but we expected that anywhere is Playa Del Carmen.

Lovely smaller property. Breakfast is very basic but decent. Location close to 5th Ave & the beach. The center of the hotel was jungle like, absolutely beautiful. Staff is very professional. The noise at night from nearby bars & a nightclub. Not the hotels fault...maybe they should offer earplugs, though. I would have given 9 if it weren't for the noise at night.
