Tú Paraiso privado - Lahun suites Playa del Carmen

Exceptional

This is the 4th time at Lahun. The apartment is good sized, well equipped kitchen, daily coffee, lots of towels for beach and bathroom. Availability of roof deck pool! Two big screened televisions, as well. We loved the pillows... Diana and Willie were very friendly and helpful. Willie did a terrific job keeping our room clean. Could only stay 3 weeks this year.

Unfortunately, the restaurants downstairs has a outside speaker and they put music at 7 am very loud, also all the music from the 5 Ave you can hear during the night no good location for a stay if you want to relax

The location is perfect. 1 block from 5th Ave and a short stroll to the beach. Pool on the roof was handy to relax. Staff were friendly and helpful. No umbrellas/shade available at the pool. Very basic amenities and the water pressure was inconsistent. But that’s minor. The cafe downstairs was also very good.

The position it's definitely ok very close to 5th avenida........the studio flat was quite big . I have been there only for one night , but I was unlucky because , the hot water for shower doesn't work.......than I had two cold shower one at my arrival and one the morning after....... Because no body fixed the problem , at my first request.....

They have rooms with a door inside your room to connect to other rooms incase you need extra rooms but when they rent thise rooms to other strangers you can hear everything as if they were inside your room, we had neighbors who were loud and srguing and was very unpkeasant. I will never stay here again.

The breakfast was fantastic and not too pricey. The check in procedure was not clearly articulated and staff response was terrible. 9 out of 10 calls were not answered and response from the website and Whatapp was non existent.

The apartments are poorly built. We could hear everybody in the staircase (poorly insulated door) and we had another communicating door to an adjacent room (again we could hear the neighbors whispering). The room is tiny and the beds are so small that cannot fit two adults (smaller than queen). There was no hot water (and it was pretty cold those days in Playa). Even though we already pre-pay Booking we checked out one day earlier losing our money as we have not been able to sleep. Surprised that being the property managed by Holiday Inn they did not offer anything in return (well I guess once you paid then it is your problem pinche gringo!)

Location, comfy beds. Taco restaurant downstairs, Taco MX owned and run by Alex was excellent, great service and food. No hot water or water pressure in shower. No mini fridge.

Nice and modern Felt a little out of touch as no reception etc had to walk 3 blocks to go to the reception based at the ‘holiday inn’ also the tv was a pain to work and I gave up

Location was great very close to 5th Avenue but also nice and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop is small but perfect for quiet relaxation.

I love that staff, love the location, love the facility, and I love the breakfast. The Lahun is exactly like the pictures. This place is clean and comfortable (I feel so happy at Lahun). This will be my go-to place when I am in Playa Del Carmen. I love everything about Lahun. This facility is modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff is a very welcoming group of people, and the location is perfect.

Very close by main streets and beach area. $30 a day per room per night hold security deposit, Not mentioned on website.

Superb

Very well located (close to everything yet far enough from the party zones to be quiet for sleeping. Great, large and clean room The property is actually managed by the hotel across the street. That's totally fine, but it would be great to communicate about it - I was unable to talk to anyone at the hotel when asking a couple questions before arriving due to this.

spacious room. close to City and Ado busterminal. two pools to use, also from hotel on the other side super loud, could hear everything. dirty towels, even when we asked for new ones, we got super old and stains on them again. hair in shower. uncomfortable bed and pillow. breakfast is in a restaurant 2 streets away and not tasty. when we asked for vegan options, they said they were available although it was not possible.

The rooftop pool was awesome!! really bad soundproofing

Spacious room, good storage, nice small pool area, good location within easy walking distance to the center but not too noicy. Breakfast included and it was ok (not a buffet). Sheets were not exactly clean. No chairs or table on the balcony.
