Great place, great price. Great location. All good

The staff was amazing, very warm and flexible. The bed huge and comfortable. The location was excellent. A nice cozy hotel. No noise, you can sleep but still close to the 5th avenue. Nothing. The pool could be bigger.

The best part is definitely the location in the city center, very close to Fifth Avenue, which makes it easy to get around and have everything nearby. I also want to highlight the front desk staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. In terms of cleanliness, it was acceptable. there are several areas that need improvement. Noise is a major issue — you can hear absolutely everything from outside, including construction, music and traffic which makes it difficult to rest. The mattresses are extremely soft, to the point of being uncomfortable. Additionally, the hotel is in need of renovation. The furniture looks quite old. The pool is also very small and appears neglected, not inviting at all for spending time or relaxing.

Great location. Very clean. The staff were exceptional, helped with everything, great to communicate with. Bed was very comfortable. We had to ask for a number of things. Blanket, extra pillows, wifi access issues. But once we had the stay was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything.

Rooms were spacious snd bed was comfortable. Reception staff were some of the best i’ve had in playa del carmen. Location is perfect to explore. They watch your luggage when you check out too early too. Toilets kept getting clogged and the worst is the construction next door. Started at around 8 am and made it impossible to sleep. It felt like they were drilling in the room upstairs. Made the pool difficult to use too.

Power went out. Water issues even after power restored. . Very loud construction early in the morning.

pretty reception area no hot water, very uncomfortable bed, and pillows, blasting music outside my room till three in the morning

The location is really good, 1 block from the 5th ave. The parking is subject to availability and every time you arrive or leave, you need to go out your car go to the front desk and ask for them to open the door.

Staff were excellent! Very warm and accommodating. Breakfast was simple but filling. Everything was okay except that we had one night when there was no electricity, which was kinda uncomfortable

The lobby, at least. There’s a construction next door, so it’s very noisy, the parking lot is a joke, with a very steep slope and have space just for 4 cars or so, the bathroom doesn’t have hair shampoo, just body soap, and it’s very bad, mine was diluted

Room was clean and AC & TV worked Early morning construction noise and Safes were not working.

The beds are really comfortable. The safer was broken, the water pressure in the washroom was very low, the pool was out of service. It was really frustrating.
