Casarte Boutique Hotel

Amazing boutique hotel very close to 5th avenue. Our room was exquisitely furnished, spacious and very comfortable. The small pool on the ground level was very welcome in the heat of May. The hotel owner, Fabri went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for him! We had an excellent and memorable stay.

Every room is beautifully designed with stunning décor. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The owner is outstanding — kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. This is the best hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Fabri was so attentive to any and all needs and thinks of absolutely everything. From the beautiful interior design of the hotel, down to tips and tricks for how to get around and where to go. Our rooms were beautifully decorated and had the comfiest beds we've ever had in a hotel. The rooms were always cleaned impeccably and freshened at any request. Fabri and his team truly make you feel like family when visiting and his beautiful property makes you feel right at home.

Casarte in Playa del Carmen is an absolute gem. It is quiet, comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. Its location is also superb -- just a block off the excitement and fun of 5th Avenue but far enough away from the noise and crowds. The biggest benefit you get by staying here is a thing you don't get to see on the web -- the proprietor, Fabrizio, and the housekeeper Lupita. Both are so kind, warm and helpful. Fabri is particularly interested in the well-being of his guests and is an endless font of information and good suggestions, both for vacationing and for more in-depth searches (like looking for rental property!) I could not recommend this boutique hotel more highly.

The property was very clean and the interior design was beautiful and thoughtfully done. Most of all, the host was incredibly kind, caring, and passionate. I’ve honestly never met someone so warm, considerate, and genuinely dedicated to their guests. Another big plus is that all the best restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, which made everything so convenient. Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The hotel was like is like an art gallery. The rooms are beautiful decorated. Beds are good, quality bed sheets. Good internet connection. The location is good. ( close to center but there is no noise) The staff is very attentive.

Casarte is unique and a magical designer hotel with stunning architecture and design elements throughout. Every inch of the property is artfully designed and magical. It is like an artistic modern cozy spacious fusion. Hard to describe but amazing and great in all ways. The owner really put his design experience to work for years to build the property from scratch. Fabri was available 24/7 to help us plan our days with recommendations. He knows the surrounding areas so well and was able to recommend beautiful high end dining as well as more local cheaper bites as well. Personally I was stunned when I first walked in. The host can definitely increase the price in my opinion. Amazing value, we already decided we will return here on our next visit.

Casarte is a beautiful boutique hotel right in the middle of Playa Del Carmen. The room we stayed in was very large with a patio and huge bathroom as well as gorgeous art in the room and throughout the hotel. The location is perfect and you only have to walk a few short blocks to the beach, restaurants and shops. Fabri, the host of the hotel, is the most kind, warm and helpful person! He knows so much about the area and is always so quick to answer any questions you might have. We will definitely be back and would 100% stay at Casarte again! We liked everything

The style and many details in the decoration

We absolutely loved our stay at Cas'arte! The room was beautiful, new, and had very cool design. We had a nice patio of our own, but also access to a rooftop patio which was a great way to be outside and have some privacy. The location was RIGHT in the thick of things, steps from restaurants, bars, the beach, yet the room and hotel themselves were very peaceful. The host Fabrizio has a ton of local knowledge and got us going with fun activities and restaurants.

The host was the nicest person and also funny and cheerful. He helped us around the things to know. This little hotel is like an island of relax in the middle of busy playa del carmen. The rooms are all decorated differently for what i could see and the name is exactly because they have pieces of pop art everywhere. Good taste and perfect location. Host lens some beers and coffee for you in the little entrance kitchen, which is very handy for refreshments. Good job. I recommend Everything was good and Fabrizio the host was exceptional with all the details

Casarte is a gem. Beautiful, cozy, intimate hotel with a great location. Quiet street, walking distance to the beach, many restaurants. Fabri goes above and beyond as a host to make you feel more than welcome as a guest. Wonderful location for a relaxing getaway, cannot wait to stay here again!

FABRI (the owner) is probably the most kind, warm, and friendly host I have ever encountered in a hotel stay. Prior to us even arriving he helped arrange activities and recommendations for us, and was always available when I messaged him. He gave us so many recommendations and tried to accommodate our requests in whatever way possible - from a parking spot to early arrival times. He even gave us a room upgrade upon arrival and a bottle of wine. The location was also in the middle of the city and was walking distance from everything! I would 100% recommend this location for a central stay, warm/friendly host, and overall beautiful/unique decor. This is a remark about Playa del Carmen - NOT the host nor the hotel. As this is a central downtown location (one of the perks) you can hear the music from adjacent hotels if they happen to have a pool party on their roofs. We had ear plugs and the room itself was very quiet relative to the central location though, and it was only at very limited times of the day.

Cas’arte is a true gem in Playa del Carmen! We stayed here for our babymoon, and Fabri, the wonderful host, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The hotel is centrally located yet quiet—ideal for a relaxing getaway. Fabri checked in daily to ensure we were happy and gave fantastic recommendations. When I mentioned my love for mangoes, Lupita, the lovely housekeeper, brought me fresh ones, making us feel truly cared for. We were treated like family, and even the other guests were lovely. We can’t wait to come back—thank you, Fabri! -
