Our room was located near the garage area so it was hard to use the balcony.

Location

Love to stay here but the gym A/C was not working and that was one of the primary reasons I booked at this location.

I felt safe and I loved the place and the crew

The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel welcome. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the mattresses were excellent – we slept very well. Everything felt fresh and well organized. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen! The fridge wasn't in the room.

It was more expensive than places i usually choose, but I was struggling to find somewhere quiet with the facilities I wanted so chose it. Great location. Very central. I had a quiet and peaceful stay. I was fortunate to have a room at the back of the hotel, and it was the quietest I've had in three weeks in PdC. The staff were polite and helpful, and reception made it very easy for me as they spoke English. I only speak basic Spanish. The pool looked amazing. Really really long. I had bronchitis throughout my stay so didn't use it. I'd love to return when I feel healthier.

I absolutely loved the roof deck and pools, one for the rise morning swim the other oriented towards the sunset. The room was comfortable and bed very good. The check in with staff was very pleasant and quick. The balcony could have been great but the next door room opens up directly adjacent to the balcony door, creating lack of privacy. Sadly I don’t think it can be improved. Everything else was great! Even the view from the balcony.

Noises from the street. Our room facing street. There was extremely loud music playing late in the night

The hotel's interior was beautiful, with comfortable, cozy seating areas. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The Wifi dropped a lot, which was an issue for me when I had Zoom meetings. I also had trouble flushing the toilet.

Honestly, this was very disappointing. The hotel doesn’t really look like the photos. The rooms are spacious and clean and the location is great. However it’s extremely noisy, sound isolation is nonexistent. I initially had a room with a balcony and the noise was nonstop. You could hear the bars downstairs and people on the other rooms. I asked to get another room but it wasn’t so easy, and could only get it on my second night. It didn’t really help - I couldn’t hear the bars outside but I could still hear the other guests and people at the gym upstairs at 6am. Some of the staff were very kind and some were rude. The pool area was also pretty disappointing. There are two pools, one of them has no umbrellas at all and the other has 3, one of which is broken, that means only 2 people at a time can enjoy sitting by the pool in the shadow, so it’s practically impossible to use. I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t come back.

The bed was very comfortable. The food was very nice and the gym i liked too. Javier always had a smile on his face when you entered the hotel. Thanks for the service and the great stay The room had no window and smelled a little bit bad. Other than that, everything was great.

Cleanliness, pool, fitness room, attentive staff No fridge, not enough sound damping at night

Location and facilities are great. Good value for money. Noisy street nearby but windows are quite good.

I think the pools need some improvements because in one of the pools the step to go inside is to high and there is no pool rail. In the other one the pool rail is missing and there is small space to walk beetween the lounge chair and the pool, I'm pretty sure that's considered a safety issue and they should consider it before someone has a serious accident. Also, the customer service needs to improve because I don't like that the guy that was outside telling me that I was not allow to enter if I don't have a reservation but the front desk verify and found it.
