The elevators didn't work. The pools close at 6 and bars at 11pm

No me gustó que por la temporada de sargazo el mar no se puede apreciar y tampoco se recomienda meterse.

I had a very pleasant stay. What I liked most was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who were always attentive and willing to assist. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the room, which were kept in excellent condition throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place. On the downside, the beach had an unpleasant smell due to the sargassum, which unfortunately affected the overall experience. The food was good, but I expected more variety for an all-inclusive resort. I was also disappointed that while the World Cup matches were being shown and enjoyed by many guests, live music was scheduled in the same area and took over the entire sound system, making it impossible to hear the games.

I enjoyed the spa and pool activities. Disappointed with the beach and food was okay.

The Italian restaurant was good.

Amazing stay, all fantastic:food, location, services ,staff. We will defintely come back! The sargasso sea ,but the season is like that..the hotel did everything to clean it
-
Very clean. A lot to do and staff was friendly. The food is a hit or miss the only thing i truly enjoyed was the Italian restaurant was the best thing hands down.

Elevators did not work

Hotel is nice for the price. Staff at the hotel is amazing. Fernando and Angel were my two favorite people at the hotel. The Italian and sushi restaurants were amazing. Elevators didn’t work. Mexican restaurant is like eating out of a dumpster. No mimosas at breakfast. Asked to change a dinner reservation from 6:30 to 7. Was told wasn’t available. At least ask me what restaurant I was eating at before you tell me no. $10 later the reservation was available. Same with my room, wasn’t ready when I arrived but for $20 it was.

the rooms? genuinely stunning. clean, spacious, and exactly what you want after a long travel day. that part delivered. everything else? a little iffy. the food was fine — like, mid in the most accurate sense of the word. not bad enough to complain, not good enough to remember. the buffet was actually the highlight of the dining situation, so lean into that if you go. the à la carte or whatever they’re passing off as “restaurants” didn’t really hit. the beach was a letdown. not sure what i was expecting but it wasn’t that. and the staff — i wanted to love them, i really did. but helpful is not the word i would use. getting basic things done felt way harder than it should at an all inclusive.

WE HAD THE AC BROKEN AND HAD TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE AFTER MY SECOND CALL. WE WERE OFFERED A BETTER VIEW OF THE OCEAN AND PAID OVER 176.00 FOR THAT BEAUTIFUL OCEAN BUT IS WAS DISGUSTING. ALGAE ALL OVER AND THE SMELL WAS TERRIBLE. Like I said before, we paid for a better view of the ocean and got the worse view and smell.

My stay at Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen Adults Only All Inclusive was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. The resort is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, stunning ocean views, and a relaxing atmosphere perfect for a getaway. The food was excellent, with a great variety of restaurants and delicious options available throughout the day. The drinks were fantastic, and the service was consistently friendly and attentive. We especially loved the beachfront location, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean waters and breathtaking sunsets. The entertainment, activities, and overall ambiance created the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure guests had an amazing experience. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already planning our next visit. I highly recommend Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen Adults Only All Inclusive to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in paradise!

Loved the activities and staff Hot tub is tiny, it’s away from the pool area and closes at 5pm. Pool also closes I think at 8pm everyday.

Fantastic staff, they made our experience so special!! Food is also incredible. At first we avoided the buffet but learned that everything in there was really good! Massages were expensive but very high quality - would highly recommend. The place is older and had some small issues but they graciously helped us work through them.

It would have been nice to have known about the sea grass season.

Location Beach but never a deal breaker

Location was decent. Elevator didn’t work. A little confusing to find our room. Meals were mediocre at best.
